call_me_loca is asking for badfic for her birthday, and really, the possibilities are endless. I should attempt a trickykitten ---ack! --- badfic of doom where Chris is a crackmonkey, JC a pretty kitten and they get up to all sorts of hi jinks together. Of course, that doesn't seem different to any other story I write, I must think on this.

But not before I tell you about this. virgulesmith wrote me a lovely trickc ficlet that made me grin with happiness. JC and Chris, and just, so much love.

Which reminds me. I'm still reading through the remix stories and reached A Little Bit Extra. The Grumpy Dopey Bedtime Mix and just guh! You remember how I was saying they should be more voyeurism stories? Well this more than delivers. It's damn hot and the visual images are so sharp that I can imagine every word, and man, it's a pretty picture.

Real life wise. Corey's still sick and not at all happy. He's starting to come out in a rash but has a horrible sounding chest too. He's asleep right now and hopefully will stay that way for a while because there's only so much I can do to help. He's got medicine and lots of things to drink. We watching tv together, after that it's just time.

It's so good. Your original story was wonderful too, and a great choice to remix imo. Having it from Lance's pov gives the story a delicious thrill that's just, hmmmmm.

Even now I keep picturing Chris on that chair, hair all over and just, hmmmm again.

He did have it, which I hope means he won't have measles. But he does have a rash and is really miserable now, so obviously has something.

If it gets any worse I'll take him to the urgent care center as it's impossible to get a doctors appointment unless you phone as soon as they open.

He's starting to come out in a rash but has a horrible sounding chest too. Keep a close eye on the chest and the rash, because strep throat with a rash is scarlett fever, and he'll need antibiotics. You don't see it around as much any more, most of us just get the garden variety of strep. But I had it with a rash, and bleh. It just makes it that much more miserable.

We ended up taking him to er last night as he was getting worse and worse. Decision was he has a really nasty viral infection that's attacked his throat, chest and ears. He's still sick now but at least there a reassurance it's nothing worse. Though this is bad enough.
