James is off work today. Doesn't he know Monday is my busy online day?!

Seriously, he's been to the doctors and was told he couldn't go to work, and that if the headache he's had since last week isn't gone by this afternoon he has to go to casualty to get it checked out. He's been feeling ill for a while, but hopefully he'll get sorted out.

Corey came home from his trip yesterday. I was amused picking him up. On Friday all the kids looks great, hair brushed, tidy, faces squeaky clean. Yesterday a rabble of muddy, baggy eyed kids got off the bus. Obviously they'd had a good time *g*

Once we'd been to mam's and put her new coffee table together, we came home and Corey gave James his father's day gift. He'd bought him Hot Fuzz and brought a 'world's best dad' mug from camp, gifts that James loved.

James has also found out he can have the beginning of August off work. They'd told him no at first, but now things have changed somehow and he's got the time. Which means we get to go to Butlins for a week with the inlaws. Yes, the same holiday as last year where 6 adults and 3 kids squashed into a caravan. The same holiday where my FiL pressed his naked ass against the bathroom window while I was sitting outside said window, and traumatised me for life. The same holiday where I was ready to walk home due to the petty arguments and being surrounded by in laws almost 24-7.

I console myself by thinking about the pretty dancing boys, and the fact I can take Jordan stuffed full of porn. Porn and the new Anita Blake, which is porn too really.

Yeah, he really has been off colour. I mean, I mock pout that he's home, but it is rather worrying.

Well we were going to have two caravans this time, which would have been much better. Then James' work wouldn't give him the time off. So they cut it back to one. Then work changed their mind, and we're back to going again. I mean, it's a free holiday and I do like the resort, but there's just too many people together. Especially as they're a noisy family.

But yeah, there'll be dancing boys. That's always good.

No connection with this but I wanted to ask you: I've just started working on the happyfic banner. Do you have any opinions on what kind of text there should be on it? I thought Sparkly Glee - the 2007 Happyfic Challenge or something like that would sound good. What do you think?

That sounds perfect to me. It says what the challenge is about very nicely.

Thank you!
