I have an idea I want to put to people.

clumsygyrl has a cool comm where people are producing a bandom fic every day for a year. I was wondering if people would play in something similar for popslash? Not for a year obviously, no way do we have the active writers to do that, but a month.

A month where people commit themseleves to a date where they have to post something at least 100 words long. Then at the end of that month we'd have at least 3000 words of new popslash, and that's very much of the win.

I'm thinking next month when there are no major days or challenges, that I can think of anyway. If I'm wrong, let me know.

So, thoughts. Comments. If you're a writer would you join? Any of the sparkly boys, any pairing. Anything goes as long as you commit to those 100 words.

ETA: ephemera suggests that it be kept off a community and kept to a central challenge post, with links to fics going to individual journals. That's fine by me. As in doing that it means people would get to know and hopefully get to look around the active popslashers journals. I'll probably put a sticky post in my journal somewhere, one that's easy for others to find.

Yeah, time is an issue for me too. Yet I still go organising challenges *g*
