Researching for my dragon story is leading to me learning facts that I'll remember for the rest of my life OMG!. Sadly as the stories are anonymous at the start I can't share. But I shall eventually, oh yes I will.

Can anyone direct me to non-fannish icons? I especially want something like a heart, or a general love icon.

sperrywink has had me thinking about a Mikey/Frank wedding this afternoon which led to squeeful comments and much glee for me. They make me so happy *loves* Apparently I'm a sap for them, you know, when I'm not putting them through pain and angst and gardening disasters.

My ironing pile is about three foot high. It's sitting on the sofa so I'll have to get it done some time today. I don't actually mind ironing as I sit and watch tv at the same time. It's just, I'd rather do others things. So, I keep turning my back on it and hoping it goes away. Sadly, that hasn't worked yet.

Thinking of clothes. Apparently Corey lost his speedos in France. I suspect this is an accidentally-on-purpose loss, which I wouldn't blame him for to be honest. However, he did come back with two extra t-shirts, one of which is labelled, the other not so much.

He's also making rock buns at school today, so cake for tea. Awesome.

It never works for me either, it makes me so sad! (Of course I only iron things like table cloths and napkins and curtains but it's still terribly, terribly boring!)

Rock buns always makes me think of Discworld dwarfbread - I'm sure they're not the same but it SOUNDS like the same thing :-)

Ironing is totally boring, sadly while I don't iron a lot of my own clothes, James work stuff, Corey's uniform, the two scout uniforms and a lot of other stuff do need ironing.

I once lost a pair of trousers in Germany. I was rooming with two American girls who each had 34534213 bags of clothes with them, so I suspect one of them packed mine by accident. :)

I just googled rock buns and they look yummy. Foreign food is actually one of my most frequently googled things.

I imagine it must be really easy to lose clothes when you're rooming in close quarters. I was actually surprised Corey came back with pretty much what he left with.

The rock buns tasted delicious. And as they're supposed to be all rough and craggy there's no stress about them looking perfect :)
