A while back

lesasoja asked for icon prompts, I gave her my Mikeyway boot icon. I got back and she'd written the story that goes with it, and just. I was blown away, seriously.

It's so good. It's Mikey/Pete with a gut wrenching Ryan mention at the end and I loved it. Just go read it. I've linked to above the cut because there are warnings, but it's so worth it.

I spent the weekend at

nopseud's with many other brit popslashers and also bonus Rikes and Saba. The whole meet up was to say goodbye to

trumpeterofdoom who's leaving us :(

I don't think you can really do justice to these meet ups without being there, but we had. Gingerbread cannibalism. Dude, seriously. Kira chomping down on Nick's crotch was a sight to see, and as for poor Justin's arm and eye...woe. Gingerbread sex, revisited shelacked frogs. Examined animal dildos on a laptop linked to the tv. Cake shopped the letter boys, discussed fic and a thousand others things, or if you're me, listened.

nopseud's new conservatory was awesome, and just the right size to be filled with airbeds and fangirls. Also, fluffy pink lights and Lamp!

Which brings me to the best of all. Lamp was married this weekend. There are pictures *nods*

Though, actually. I lie. The best of all was spending time with awesome people, because I tell you. There's nothing like sitting and having Saba petting your arm on one side and Ephemera leaning into you on the other and other cool people close by.

And now I need to finish laundry, the amount of which astounds me because we've only been away two days, yet the basket is full.

Before I go though. When I woke Corey up this morning Pansy and Milo were lying together on his bed. This needs mentioning because while my other cats tolerate each other they never seem to actually like each other. So this was such a sappy heart-eyes moment.
