Happy birthday [personal profile] strippedhalo and a happy belated birthday to [personal profile] justinsgayhero I hope you both had/are having fantastic days ♥

Also, a special belated birthday shoutout to [personal profile] castalie, who remains one of my favourite people ever. Sis, I know I've already said happy birthday on the actual day but birthdays can last however long you want them to, so, happy birthday. *kisses*

Corey and James set off for France yesterday. Nearly 24 hours later and they're still not at the chalet. For some reason they had to get a later ferry and apparently it's also hot over there, and really, being stuck on a coach with a load of scouts is very much a case of rather them than me. Though they've got some amazing things to do over the next week. Going to the mountain hut again -- though James can't go again -- and an amazing trip where they get to go in a cable car over a glacier. They're going to be on the go until they start back next Friday. Plus Corey's in the oldest group this year so he gets to do the most extreme activities.

So yeah, it's very quiet here, just me and the animals hanging out. Which suits me just fine as the last few weeks have been busy, so time to just sit and mess online, write or watch my downloaded shows will be great. That is if my connection doesn't keep dropping out. I had plans for a LJ catch up last night and didn't have any access. Instead I watched the season finale of Biggest Loser. Which meant I could actually read twitter again as Bob kept tweeting spoilers. The only thing is I have to be careful which shows to watch, I don't mind being in the house alone but I'm not about to watch anything creepy at night.

I was very amused reading the responses to my last post, as every single one said that I should have a h/c bingo instead. At which point I had heart-eyes because think about it. Squares for hypothermia, the flu, car crashes, broken bones, chickenpox, food poisoning, cold boys huddling together for warmth, in a cage! the list is endless and I'm sitting here flailing just thinking about it. Why does h/c bingo not exist? I would join in a heart beat.

A whole week for you to do whatever you want it, yay!! I hope they'll have lots of fun in France, even though being stuck anywhere with a bunch of kids and teenagers sound pretty much like a definition of hell to me :-)

I hope your connection will keep working properly. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I guess your flist knows you pretty well by now ;-) It is a bit strange that it doesn't excist already, I have to say. If you're lucky maybe there will be one soon.

Enjoy your boy-free time!

Also, I'm going crazy with my vacation plans this year. One of the options is a week in Edinburgh combined with taking a train to Sunderland to see you for a day or two. On a scale of 1-10, how insane is this idea? I was thinking June.

Everyone is so odd! Kink bingo, H/C bingo, can't we have "vanilla, sweetness and light Bingo"???? *g*

YAY for quiet times and the boys off having fun. It's so nice to get your house back from contractors. I'm itching for them to finish now.

I wouldn't be opposed to such a challenge :-) In fact I think I would like it a great deal.

Butting in to say this sounds awesome but I don't know what sort of things would be in the squares. Puppies?

Also, I think there needs to be hair braiding, mass hugging and lots of giggling due to tickle fights!

Well we could I guess. Could it involve hand holding and sweet kisses? *g*

I bet you are itching for them to be finished. I'd have been tearing my hair out by now. But it is nice to have quiet times, though I do miss them while they're gone.

And I'm just butting in to say I adore every single comment in this thread and would read the hell out of such a challenge. You know, if it were to actually run.

If Brownies for me was ANYTHING like that, I would've stayed in the scouting/guiding movement for a lot longer than the six or so months I did ;)

Aaaand maybe your destiny in life is to START a h/c bingo community :D

Yay, thank you!!

And I totally think you should start a H/C bingo. I would join! Maybe I would even write half of one story, ahahaha.
