Date: 2010-07-04 03:26 pm (UTC)That page is fabulous, so many adorkable kitties! It reminds me of the LOLcat I saw some time ago: it was a pic of some open outdoor space with a numbers of boxes laying around and in each box sat a cat, the text read "I think the cat traps have worked" :-)
I'm happy to hear that your gardening adventures are so successful. And yeah, when I sit on my balcony drinking my morning tea and admiring the flowering geraniums and pansies I also feel it was worth it. A tip to avoid skinned knuckles and other mishaps is to buy a pair of gardening gloves that's thick enough to stand up to some damage but thin and flexible enough to not imped your dexterity. I bought a pair at the plant nursery for 5 pounds and they've been worth every penny. No more completely ingrained dirt under the fingernails and no more scrapes and cuts!
