I bought a dress yesterday, significant because it's been years since I've done so. Hell, now I'm thinking about it I don't think I've ever bought one. I did have a very nifty purple culotte suit back in the day but a dress, not so much. I've been eyeing this dress for a while and kept trying it on when I was in the shop, and I have to admit, it's very pleasing to see it fitting better each time. So yeah, I have a dress, very casual, black, maxi length and I may wear a t-shirt over it because I don't know if I'm brave enough to wear it as it is, but I have it.

We had a nice day yesterday just me and James going for a drive, good music playing, the car windows down. Eventually we ended up at the beach and went for a stroll around the harbour and watched the yachts. We also ended up sitting on a bench talking about tentacle porn, which was interesting.

Lately arsenicjade has been helping me plot gritty hookerfic and chuckaloonie got me talking about Jamia/Frank/Bob with Mikey watching and sperrywink gets to hear details about the badfic I've been reading. She's a good friend, even if she talks me out of chastity belt kinks.

This morning I've been watching the video of that video of Brendon and Ian that's everywhere on my flist. It's fun, they made me laugh a lot.

But now I need to go wake my boys so we can go see nanna and dad.

Evans are horribly expensive, it's true. I tend to wait and buy stuff once it's on the sale racks. New Look have got some nice maxi dresses at the moment and they're way cheaper than Evans...

I am trying to see the downside to your statement but I can't work out what it is. You should know by now that there's nothing I like more than sending you emails saying 'NEEDS MORE COMFORT'.

Yesyes! Involve Jon! I demand that Jon get his fair share of the hurt (so's he can get some comfort, of course!).

I was looking through the sale racks yesterday. I'm loving all the long length tops they've got right now, there's nothing I hate more than my t-shirts or tops rolling up.

I'll have to check out New Look, it's annoying that Evan's stuff is so much more expensive. Another reason to drop weight, being able to buy cheap clothes and not need a bank loan to get an outfit.

I will get Jon in somewhere, he deserves to stand on a street corner and be roughed up a little, then be comforted by Ryan. Oh, I could get my Ryan/Jon at last because as much as I love Ryan/Mikey he already has Frank and Pete -- did I mention Pete is in the story? Pete is always in my stories.

Ooh ooh yes! I too love all the long, flowy tops that are around this season. They're both flattering and non-annoying. My pet hate is the fact that sizes differ from store to store and from item to item. I wish things were more universal because I get sick of trying to work out what size will fit on an item to item basis >:(

New Look's stuff is okay. In that it is mostly either dull or horrid, but there's always one or two gems hidden amongst the dross.

I fully support any and all comforting by Ryan! Especially comforting that leads to Ryan/Jon! Do iiiiiiiiiit!

I didn't actually mean to only have stock icons on this account, it just kind of happened that way due to laziness and too many choices/not as many icon spaces as I'm used to. I think I will have to do some digging through all the eleventy million icons I have saved...
