I bought a dress yesterday, significant because it's been years since I've done so. Hell, now I'm thinking about it I don't think I've ever bought one. I did have a very nifty purple culotte suit back in the day but a dress, not so much. I've been eyeing this dress for a while and kept trying it on when I was in the shop, and I have to admit, it's very pleasing to see it fitting better each time. So yeah, I have a dress, very casual, black, maxi length and I may wear a t-shirt over it because I don't know if I'm brave enough to wear it as it is, but I have it.

We had a nice day yesterday just me and James going for a drive, good music playing, the car windows down. Eventually we ended up at the beach and went for a stroll around the harbour and watched the yachts. We also ended up sitting on a bench talking about tentacle porn, which was interesting.

Lately arsenicjade has been helping me plot gritty hookerfic and chuckaloonie got me talking about Jamia/Frank/Bob with Mikey watching and sperrywink gets to hear details about the badfic I've been reading. She's a good friend, even if she talks me out of chastity belt kinks.

This morning I've been watching the video of that video of Brendon and Ian that's everywhere on my flist. It's fun, they made me laugh a lot.

But now I need to go wake my boys so we can go see nanna and dad.

Okay, sorry for jump-threading so much, but YES, BE MEAN TO THEM A LOT AND MAKE THEM CRY AND GIVE UP ON LIFE AND AND AND. It's okay, they'll get their happy ending (I assume, I don't really care if they don't, I like sad endings when that's what works best with the story).

BASICALLY I'M EXCITED FOR EVERYTHING YOU'RE WRITING AT THE MOMENT. \o/

I'm being very mean to them! Bob is hooking too, he has a regular who gets off on dressing Bob up, revelling in the feeling of power as Bob has to sit and passively do everything the guy wants.

Bob does not like having shiny hair and vanilla scented skin! Even if it does mean he gets a night in an actual warm room.

They will get a happy ending though. That is important!

Poor Bobert! But I totally understand his regular. I mean, it's too easy to do that to someone like, let's say, Brendon; but getting a guy like Bob to do it? Talk about a power trip!

I do prefer happy endings! Except when they seemed forced; in those cases I'd much rather read a sad ending that makes sense, than a happy one that makes an otherwise good fic seem like a soap opera or a Lifetime movie.
