Then I think Brendon should stew a bit, ranting about how Ryan hasn't even been around and now he is and Spencer just goes at a moment's notice. But then he'd calm down and remind himself that this is a good thing and that Spencer's missed Ryan terribly and then Brendon grabs his car keys, takes five minutes to go to a shop to buy sandwiches and soda and then heads for Ryan's.

When he gets there Spencer is soaking wet, his t-shirt off and jeans clinging as he does something in the moat while Ryan and Mikey sit and watch, surrounded by clumps of weeds, wood shavings and a terrifying power saw.

Brendon's attention would be pulled between Spencer, because hello, half naked and Ryan, who Brendon hasn't actually talked to in a while.

Which is when Mikey and Ryan would look at each other before Mikey pushes himself up, supposedly to help Spencer, but what he's really doing is taking pictures and sending them to Pete. Meanwhile Brendon sits in Mikey's former place and not looking at Ryan, says, "Hi."
