Waking up to Frank's tweet and something actually happening at MCR.com made me so happy this morning. Finally things are moving, and I can't wait! I want all the new music, footage and pictures in the world! Not of the babies, but of everything else, hell yeah! Sp tell me, what do you think it all means? A countdown to a song, the album drop, one channel for specific things that they'll reveal one by one? Come tell me your theories.

There seems to be a theme of ray guns and maybe post apocalyptic worlds developing. I like it!

Corey and James have just gone off to do a bag pack with the Scouts. They were at a Scout meeting last night and last week we went out and bought the rest of Corey's uniform ready for him going back to school on Tuesday. We also bought a washer that's being delivered on Monday, so hopefully that delivery goes better than the last one. This summer seems to have flashed by so fast, but it's not over yet, and even when it is it means autumn is here, which is my favourite season of all.

Yesterday one of the tomatoes finally turned red. I'd like to say we did something special with it but in reality we picked it off the plants and ate it. It was delicious. I also spent a lot of time writing, but ended up jumping from one story to another meaning I got a lot of words down but not many in one specific place. Though I did move the Bob/Mikey story on a lot. Which is the story I wasn't expecting to touch when I started, but that's where I ended up.

I am very very confused by mcr.com. But this is pretty normal.

Mmm, tomato om nom nom. You don't *need* to do anything special with fresh tomatoes, it would be over the top!

I'm so excited about MCR shenanigans! My love, see it be rekindled. I'm thinking it is countdowns to different songs off the album and the album itself. I like to think it is complex.

YAY for tomato!

IT'S ALL SO MYSTERIOUS.

Yay tomatoes! Tomatoes are so delicious. Also yay writing, and working washers! Long may this one live.

I've just finished reading all the comments on the [livejournal.com profile] mcr_unofficial post and I'm starting to feel VERY excited! I completely suck at all sorts of logic puzzles but it's lots of fun reading everyone else's theories. It all does sound awfully apocalyptic. I wouldn't be surpised in the least to find that there are zombies involved :-)

I really hope the washer delivery will go MUCH better than the last one!

Homegrown fresh tomatoes, yay!! I'll keep my fingers crossed you'll get lots of sunshine for the next few weeks so that they'll all ripen properly.

Go you for writing a lot, even if it wasn't in the stories you were expecting to write!

i know, right? my head almost exploded with all the exciting news (though i'd like to see pictures of the iero twins...and bandit. idk.) personally i hope that they'll announce soon when the album is gonna drop and then i can go about figuring out stupid logistics because i'll be moving to lancaster in october to study there for a year. so...if they have some special preorder stuff, i'll most likely order it to my home address and have my parents send it to lancaster once i actually know my address there. aaaaah. uhm...yeah *goes back to stand in the corner*

bob/mikey oh i'm looking forward to that one :D

Oh, I really want to see pictures too, but the kind their parents give out and not paparazzi pictures. I love the pictures of Bandit we've seen and hope we'll eventually see the twins too, I'm nosy like that. Especially as I bet they're adorable!

MCR are driving me insane, but in a very good way. I've just been reading all the theories over at the mcr comm and am pretty much sitting here grinning to myself like an idiot. It's been too long.

I love Bob/Mikey. There needs to be more always!

FRANK BABIES!!!! I for one would like to know the names. What are we thinking, crazy or conservative?

Hopefully the MCR.com stuff is going to be revealing bits of songs, lyrics and in my wildest dreams, VIDEO UPDATES ... I'm pretty sure we'll get "Na Na Na" (if that's actually the title) before the Sims version comes out, so pretty soon! SOOOO EXCITED!

VIDEO UPDATES! OMG WANT!

Everyone is bringing up theories with soonish dates and it's going to drive me insane!

You probably already know this, but if you pop tomatoes in a paper bag and keep them in a warm spot (as opposed to the fridge) you can force-ripen them. Adding a banana is meant to speed up the process. Invaluable when you have the bad combination of a dog who thinks that tomatoes are free balls he can pick and play with and wild birds who will peck holes in them the moment they show any sign of ripeness ;)

I suspect I may have to do that as we have a load of tomatoes that are big enough but not changing colour at all.

Thanks for the tips!

Right now, all I can think of is the Misfits with that photo.
Or Spiders from Mars... maybe both? Neither? But if there's a vibe of punk-rock sci-fi, it could be good. This is actually the first time it's stirred my interest.

I'm also not getting my hopes up just yet, though. In large part, because before I can fully embrace the music, I want to know what is going on with a drummer or lack thereof. I don't know why that could be such a deal breaker, but it could be for me.

Yay for tomatoes! :D Fried green tomatoes are yummy as well.

Punk-rock sci-fi would be awesome.

As frustrating as I find all this stuff I'm also getting swept up in it too. Especially as everything that's being posted seems to be going in a direction I like.

The drummer situation is a hard one. The timing and method of mentioning that is going to be so crucial.

I've never had fried green tomatoes. At this rate I'll get to try them because they're being really stubborn.

I actually teared up a little when I saw that picture. I've been refreshing mychemicalromance.com for days now, expecting something like this. (Of course, the one three hour period I don't look is the one where they change the whole site. [wry]) But I knew they had to be here by now.

I'm sure this is the first Frank's had time to do anything except change diapers, and apparently wash bottles. [grins] Or call every person he knows with a kid to beg for advice on how to get them to sleep. I don't necessarily want pictures of the babies, but I'd love to see a picture of Frank and Jamia being proud parents, maybe with tiny sleeping bat-costumed babies in arms. [grins] And knowing their names would be awesome too. I vote for traditional, I think Frank's Catholic-school-attending family would not be amused if he named them Creamsicle or something.

I seem to be unable to turn off the MCR tab, which is a problem as it means I have to keep my speakers off. Why so mysterious band!?

Oh man, warming the bottle in his dad mug. My heart!

I really want to see pictures but ones posted by Frank himself. I'm hoping for Halloween pictures personally, maybe with Bandit. Or considering his past pictures, one of Frank lounging on the couch with two pink bundles against his chest.

Creamsicle. Best name ever!

YAY for Red Tomatoes!!!!....eating them sounds like enough to do to them(but I'll admit I don't really like tomatoes so I don't know a lot of things to do to them/with them)

reading all the comments here makes me excited too. I'm usually passive when it comes to getting new music from bands I like(this probably stems from the fact that my first real genre of music was classic rock and by the 90's a lot of them weren't really putting new music out)

and dude if it's something Post Apocalyptic I will !!!!! and flail.

yay for writing on several different things. I know how it feels I've only finished two stories this week and am working on four more*headdesk* not to mention I signed up for Spook_Me and plan on writing something to deal with myth and legends and creepy evil merpeople. And I now have a solid path for FBI Verse sequel(and instead of things getting better they're still spiraling out...I think this verse is going to be the death of me)

I'VE BEEN ONLINE FOR HALF AN HOUR, AND I HAVEN'T TURNED OFF MY CAPS ONCE.

BETWEEN THE NEW WEBSITE, AND THAT PICTURE AND THE SHIRT ON HOTTOPIC, IT IS SO A POST-APOCALYPIC ALIENS AND RAYGUNS CD. WHICH IS THE BEST EVER. I HAVE SUCH A SCI-FI LOVE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO DESCRIBE. I ONCE CONSIDERED DROPPING A FEW THOUSAND TO GO ON A CRUISE SHIP THAT HAD MY FAVOURITE AUTHOR ON IT. I DIDN'T, BUT ONLY BECAUSE MY SECOND HP CON WAS A FEW MONTHS LATER SO IT WAS AFFORD ONE OR THE OTHER, AND HPCON HAD ROLLERCOASTERS.

FRANK. NOW WITH 200% MORE BABIES. WHO BOUGHT YOU THAT MUG, FRANK? CAN I HAVE GEN FIC ABOUT SOMEONE BUYING HIM THAT MUG?

MAYBE THE GIRLY-BOY ON ROLLER SKATES IS JUST SKATING AROUND THE BLOCK AND ALL OF A SUDDEN A GIANT FUCKING SPACE SHIP SHOWS UP IN THE SKY, AND HIS PREVIOUSLY CREEPY NEIGHBOURS (MIKEY AND GERARD, OF COURSE) BUST OUT OF THE HOUSE AND TOSS HIM A RAY GUN AND THEN THERE IS TAKING DOWN THE SHIP/ALIENS.

I SERIOUSLY CANNOT HANDLE THIS. I AM GOING TO FUCKING EXPLODE, I TELL YOU.
