There was so much good stuff on twitter this morning.

Jon's tweet about AFYCSO, the video for Na Na Na -- which I enjoyed so much! Though seeing the words gag and bore me in context makes it a little bit harder to imagine he's talking about some kinky sex practice. Ray being the most adorable man ever -- of course he bought 3 copies, of course he did -- and Gerard starting to kill off his role play characters. Which was sad! It's not supposed to be sad, what the hell is wrong with me?

I've been over at anon_lovefest. I don't know if any of you read the proof series that gets posted there, but omg, a response for one of the requests hit one of my kinks so hard it felt like a slam.

Oh, for people who know such things. Is the picture of Battery City in the video an actual city? Or just some stock image? Also, I want an icon of jazz hands changing colour.

For something that isn't fannish, last night Tinker was doing her usual thing of sleeping on top of my computer tower. Deeply asleep she fell to one side, knocking the candlestick holder off my desk, which knocked off the phone and a pile of letters and a wolf ornament, breaking off its foot. She then sprang up in fright, ran over my keyboard, latched on my arm, all claws out and scratched into my wrist. Pets, such a trail at times. And at first I typoed Pete there, which I guess works too. He sounds sad right now. Over invested, me? Ha.

Oh and hey, it's my LJversary today. 8 years, 3447 posts, 71,854 comments received, 78,799 comments posted. What can I say? I like commenting.

And now I'm going to see if someone has ripped The Young Veins video so I can actually see it. Damn country restrictions, I need my Ryan fix.

Forgot to say. I got caught up on a lot of TV yesterday, NCIS, SPN and Brothers and Sisters. The Walkers remain a train wreck, and yet I can't look away.

ETA: Looking at the hq of the pic in Ray's Ray's blog post that's not in English yeah? Or am I going crazy?

I'm not confused like, "what does this mean?", it's more than never in a milion years would I have guessed that "something something something Kennedy" would end up being that *g* Maybe I should have had more faith in Gerard! GERARD, I AM SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME! *g*

Okay, so President John F Kennedy was something of a notoriously adulterous slut. To quote one of my favorite teen flicks "What would JFK do? You know he'd tap that ass." He "supposedly" had an affair with Marilyn Monroe along with countless others. Plus you've got Robert Kennedy - who was a hotty in his time and "supposedly" ALSO slept with Marilyn Monroe (possibly at the same time - WE DONT KNOW BUT IF THEY DID *points*" KENNEDYs+1=WAYS+1 Y/Y?). There was JFK Jr who was the Prince William of the US before he died tragically (in either a plane wreck or a skiing accident, I genuinely cant remember) who either had a mistress or was just one of those socialite mattress hoppers - you'd have to google. I know Ted Kennedy got outside the lines with his sexual escapades as well.

There were so many Kennedy sex scandals that YOU CAN GOOGLE LISTS. I AM SO NOT KIDDING. It has an implication of badassery but also a certain level of manipulation of the status quo? At least thats what I got out of it.

Jumping in to add that there are also a lot of questionable dealings and interesting rumors swirling around Joe Kennedy (JFK's father). He had an affair with Gloria Swanson and several other women although those affairs are more speculation than hard documented fact. There is a really persistent rumor that he was heavily involved in bootlegging during the American prohibition but it's never been proven beyond a doubt.
