turpsI went out and got my copies of Kerrang this morning. I needed Frank, Gerard and Mikey and got them all, then felt horrible for not getting a Ray, too. I am sorry Ray, I love you also!
I enjoyed the whole interview, especially all the talk of moving from the black and white to colour, and Gerard's sudden unsettling realisation he'd become someone on the cover of magazines wearing a raincoat and tie. I'll always love the picture of him and Mikey when they're dressed so spiffy, but I do prefer them in all their filthy, colourful, casual glory. I'm waiting for scans because I want icons, lots and lots of icons. Also so I can discuss the interview.
Just before I went out I caught the minute teaser of the video and
Mikey and his failtastic karate moves, Frank singing along, the kid with her letter to her mom D: Band, I love you! I especially love that all of them are crammed into the Trans Am, and that Mikey gets to ride shotgun. You'd think he'd be relegated to the back but nope. Also, the kid remains kick ass to the extreme. The full version is going to kill me ded!
What also killed me ded was Gabe and his tweet about the fleshlight he's getting. Especially as very recently I'd been having a comment conversation with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
romanticalgirl about that very subject. Now that Gabe's brought it up questions do have to be asked, the main one in my mind remaining, do you thrust into a fleshlight or move it by hand? I'm sure Gabe is the man to answer that.
Changing the subject from one set of colourful MCR guys to the fictional kind, I was talking tokin_you_bi about Tints verse, specifically Ray/Brian and ended with a tiny snippet. The idea is all hers, all I did was steal it and write it down. If you're interested in the tiniest snippet ever, it's here

And then Frank -- I always peg him as crafty for some reason -- sits and sews in the inserts while Mikey sits with his jacket over his lap.
I did see that! So what are you thinking, Ray with some connection to Bebe maybe? Obviously Pete and Mikey are connected, but then Mikey's also Kobra kid. Hmmm, okay, maybe Kobras and Black Cards are other groups and at some point Mikey and Ray were running with them. Maybe when the bad stuff went down everyone had to scatter and got separated and no one knew if the others were alive until the first broadcasts went out, and while it wasn't Gerard actually speaking both Mikey and Ray would catch snippets of Gerard's speaking patterns and they'd start off to locate the source and meet up.
OR! It could be a total cliche where jackets are a kind of visual claim. So that people know Ray's Bebe's and Mikey belongs with Gabe. Also Pete, because that's a threesome of hot.
