turpsThere's nothing like a cool shower at the end of a hot day. There was a very impressive thunderstorm earlier, which I enjoyed once I'd rescued my clothes from the line.
It was Corey's open evening on Thursday and he got a great report, but what I was most proud of, was that along with the awards and good grades, was his form teacher calling him a gentleman. Because if he can get through life treating people right, well that's an awesome thing. Also nice to remember for the times when I walk in the kitchen and find that after making himself something to eat he's left out the trays, the bowls, empty packets and every plate he's used.
I was very happy at the Big Brother eviction on Friday night, and the interview after where Davina called Sree on some of the horrible things he did. It made up for seeing Brian dancing in a mankini on Big Mouth. I'm still traumatised days later.
Our Sky is off at the moment, but should be back on by tomorrow -- and it better be as it's the Britain's Next Top Model finale. Also, Supersizers and the new Torchwood and Hotel Inspector -- and yes, I know I watch a lot of lame TV, but I like it, so shush.
Other than that I've been doing very little except for reading a lot, because my life is just that exciting.
