Whoever designed the hula hoop game for the Wii Fit is a sadist.
No wonder it's classed as fat burning, you finish and stagger to the nearest flat surface then have to just sit there, unable to move and surviving on your fat reserves.
You'll be pleased to know I have enough to last until 2035.

Date: 2010-02-05 10:45 pm (UTC)* The Perfect 10 game is fun - use your hips to hit the numbers that equal 10 (or 15 for advanced, then 20). Brain and body exercise!
* The Obstacle Course was frustrating at first - run past the swinging balls, jump over rolling logs, don't fall off, don't get hit - but after I got the hang of it I loved the challenge.
* The Snowball Fight is just fun!
* The Marching Band - ughh, this one kills me. Walk in time with the beat and move your hands at specific times - I'm so not good at multitasking! But it is challenging and quite the workout so I'm still trying. (and getting better!)
Plus, I really like that it now shows estimated calories lost - that motivates me more than anything. Honestly, I don't think I could go back to the original version now!

Thanks for all the info. I suspect I may be investing in the game :)
