Each time I see my lymthodemia nurse she gets on at me about my cracked heels. I'm hoping by the time I see her in May they'll be much better. I've got this lard like stuff from her but the shia butter is so much nicer, even if I have to wear socks with it >:(

But yeah, the cracks do hurt. I got one along the side of my foot recently and that was really painful.

It's such a cool performance. But I'm with you, I wish it were in better quality.

I suspect that was weeks worth of stubble *g*
