Sticky Intro Post

If anyone ever wants to make podfic of any of my stories you have blanket permission to do so. The exception being any co-writes, in which case you'll have to ask the permission of the other writer.

All my stories are uploaded at A03.

If anyone ever wants to friend me, feel free. I always enjoy meeting/reading new people but at the same time, it doesn't bother me if people read and don't comment at all, or even comment very occasionally. All are welcome.

I read in lots of fandoms but the main ones right now are The Musketeers and MCU, though that's 99% winterhawk.

I also still love bandom and popslash and had a brief intense fling with Downton Abbey, so often dip into those fandoms when the urge hits.

I'm very much an OTC person, and my past and present loves include Tom Paris, Blair Sandburg, Brennan Mulwray, Chris Kirkpatrick, Mikey Way, Aramis, Clint Barton.

I have a long-lasting and deep love for h/c, but read pretty much anything.

I still write on occasion, nowhere near as prolific as in my bandom days, but sometimes I feel the need to scratch the writing itch.

Mostly I post about real-life things, my family, my cats, walks to the beach and the cinema. Along with my husband, I have an Odeon Unlimited card so we got to the cinema a lot.

I'm a carer for my husband who has AMC. He has a full-time job but I help him a lot in the house and do a load of surveys, product tests etc for extra money. They're all boring, tedious and often pay pennies, but I've found as long as you slog through a certain amount a day it all adds up.

I have one son who went away to uni and never came back. He still lives relatively close, though, so I still see and chat to him often.

I had a gastric bypass a few years ago and lost a load of weight. I don't really talk about it on here now, but it's something that changed my life and something I'll never regret.

I very rarely friends lock posts, usually only photos of people and mainly just keep plodding on through my life the best that I can.

There's no need to comment if you want to friend me, but if you want to, go for it.

The gym was offering free Personal Trainer taster sessions this month, so I did one yesterday. Expandcut for exercise and weight talk )

I've an ongoing situation atm where someone is fly tipping bags of rubbish near my house. The way things are set up, you walk out of my garden gate onto the public path, on the other side of the path there's a metal fence, then a steep bank with mature trees that goes down to the dual carriageway. For ages now someone has been coming and dumping rubbish at that spot, probably because between the trees on one side and the thick ivy on my fence, it's a place that's relatively hidden from view.

At first, it wasn't much, but lately it's been multiple big black bags full of rubbish, and pee'ed on puppy pads. I've had to add signs on the gate, and my neighbours has too, saying no flying tipping, CCTV in operation, and if it doesn't stop I'm seriously considering actually getting another ring doorbell for the back of the house.

I've talked to many neighbours about it, and we're all pretty sure who's doing it, it's just getting proof. The rubbish gets reported every time, and last time the council said they'd check through it to see if there's anything identifying. Hopefully, there is, as it's just scummy behaviour.

We went to see A Big Bold Beautiful Journey at the cinema a few days ago. Coming out the cinema guy asked people if we'd liked it, I said, it was okay, another woman said, that it was interesting and yeah, that sums it up.

James is back at work today, just a four-hour shift today, then two four-hour shifts next week, then gradually increasing time as the weeks go on. I'm walking to meet him at Home Bargains at lunchtime as we need cat litter, and I'm not about to carry a sack of that home by myself. But first, a catch-up on here.

It was a day yesterday.

To start with there had been really heavy, non-stop rain from the early hours. It was also our first craft fair in our town, one we'd been trying to get a spot at for ages. Then Murphy started showing signs of having cystitis again, and not being able to pee, which of course would be an emergency if he had a blockage.

With it being Saturday, our own vet was closed, so we had to get him an appointment at the out of hours vet, which would mean an expensive bill. He's got excellent insurance, but what happens at the out of hours is we'd have to pay, and the insurance would eventually reimburse, as opposed to our vet where they bill the insurance company directly. Expandcut for length tldr, Murphy is on the mend )

Friday was nearly a day, too. We've said we'll take my MiL out at least once a fortnight, so picked her up on Friday and had a drive to Barnard Castle to get eggs from the honesty stall at the farm and get delicious bread from a bakery we like. All was going well until we stopped for a coffee, and my SiL phoned saying her electric had gone off so my MiL would have to stay at our house that night.

Obviously, she would have been welcome, but none of the furniture had been moved, she had none of her meds or oxygen generator, and it just seemed to make more sense to wait for a bit to see if things could be fixed before taking her to our house.

To cut a long and frustrating story short, they managed to get the meter sorted and the electricity was back on within an hour, but not before a lot of stress from everyone.

Thursday we'd gone to see Caught Stealing. It's a bit more violent than my usual tastes, but I can say, Austin Butler is a very beautiful man.

One good thing about yesterday, Strictly was back, let the Nikita admiring begin for another year.

Rosie is getting married tomorrow, so today was the last class for a fortnight. She was going on annual leave after our class finished, and was such a happy mood. So, while she was still evil!Rosie, she was being so while full of joy which was lovely to see. The class got her a signed card, which she seemed touched about, then she was off, checking out of work to do some last minute wedding prep.

I was also at the doctors this morning Expandcut for medical stuff )

We did a craft fair on Saturday gone. Sadly, it wasn't the best attended, and we only made a profit of £35 after paying for the table. But, that was £35 more pounds than we'd had that morning, and stock was sold, which was great. Even better, the organiser offered us a regular spot at the makers market in our town. Funnily enough, that happens in the same hall we use for weight management class, on the third Saturday of each month. So, that's this Saturday coming, where hopefully, more people turn up and more stock will be sold. And if it's quiet, I've told James I'll sneak away and leave him to it and have an hour in the gym *g*

We also went to see the new Downton Abby film on Friday. The clientele amused me as the screen was full of ladies carrying in their glasses of wine, but they were all so excited, it made for a lovely atmosphere, especially as nearly every seat was full. Expandcut for spoilers )

Murphy was at the vets again this morning and was given a clean bill of health. He needs to finish his supplement course, but we can stop giving him the painkillers, which will make him happy. The noises he made on the way there were ridiculous though, so loud and protesting.

We were back in the house by 9:20, and that quick appointment is what I'm blaming for the fact we set out for Rosie's exercise only class far too early. We'd walked to the location and getting close saw the door to the hall was still closed, at which point I realised the class started at 11am, and it was only just before 10.

Because we had walked, I didn't really want to turn around and go home again, so we had a walk in the park and sat in the sunshine a bit. Then called in the library as James needed something printing. It's changed a lot since I'd last been in, and if it wasn't for the fact I'm buried in books that Pauline keeps giving me, I'd be tempted to start going again because so many tempting books.

Also, Rosie is a liar that lies. Last week she told us she couldn't include any floor exercises due to it being an all ability class, today I walked in to see floor mats and one of the stations included planks on the floor. But only if you could safely stand up from the floor on your own. As I can, I opted for the floor planks, and do not recommend.

Now I'm waiting to go for my blood test. That isn't until 7:30, and it's thrown me a bit having an appointment so late. Don't they know I'm usually in my pjs and ready to settle for the night at that time?

My MiL's visit is going nicely so far.

We went out for a drive Saturday, went for lunch at our favourite beach restaurant on Sunday, went to Whitley Bay for a drive on bank holiday Monday then went to see Corey where I got to hug the stuffing out of him. I'll just skirt over the morning where I sat on the wall outside the gym waiting for it to open, only to discover my branch doesn't open at all on bank holidays.

We drove to Sea Houses yesterday, which was another lovely sunny day. Then today was class and an afternoon at home, because as much as she complains she doesn't get out, it's obvious my MiL doesn't have the stamina to go out every day without some downtime.

Today, Rosie told us she's starting an exercise only class from next Monday, using the time slot we used to have. She asked if there was anything people wanted including, and I made the rookie error of saying nothing I wanted to be included, but no more walking lunges, please. Guess what she's decided to add, for sure? Honestly, I never learn.

James also got a cancellation for his back injections so he's getting those Saturday evening. Kayleigh is driving us there and back, then some recovery time and hopefully, he'll be back to work.

My SiL and her family are at a holiday camp close to the wildfire on the Yorkshire moors. They were supposed to be there until Friday, but are coming back today instead, taking the train as the main road is closed. They're going to stay with my SiL's partner's mam for a couple of days, then come home on Saturday. But I must admit, I'm kinda hoping that they come home Friday instead so we can drop off my MiL then and have a bit more breathing room on the Sat.

Thank you [personal profile] misbegotten for the excellent postcard ♥

I got a comment on one of my old bandom fics. I replied to the comment and the person replied again mentioning that they were exactly one month younger than the fic. Omg, talk about feeling old.

Kayleigh, Lucy and Bodhi are home, as sadly their holiday ended up being a bit of a nightmare. It was going okay until one night they'd walked to eat at a restaurant near their hotel/the beach Expandcut for details but no one is injured or hurt )

I've been watching Parenthood on Netflix and really enjoying it. It reminds me of Brothers and Sisters and This Is Us, though it hasn't made me cry like This Is Us tended to do. There's time yet though, I've just reached the end of season one and have quite a few seasons to go.

After swimming on Thursday I was having a discussion with James about him maybe getting his own gym membership instead of relying on my guest passes as he's been quite often lately. We asked about prices as we were leaving the pool, and of course, got the spiel about it being cheaper to pay for a year at once. But we said we'd need to think about it more, and it's good that we did as literally, just after getting into the car someone from the doctor's phoned.

James had asked if his GP could ask about the GP exercise referral scheme which is partnered with the gym I go to. They'd done so, and end result is, James now has a discount card that means any drop in sessions at the gym only cost him £3. Between that and the two free guest passes a month, he doesn't need his own membership, so thank goodness he didn't say yes to signing up.

I'm looking after Kayleigh's cats and tortoise atm, visiting twice a day, and man, having the two kittens makes the job so much harder. Fun, but I totally understand why the phrase like herding cats was invented.

We went to see Materialists yesterday, and while I really enjoyed watching Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal, I can't say it gripped me, so I wouldn't really rec.

James also had an appointment with his back doctor. It was at the private hospital and when we got there we were told there was a 40-min delay. But in the end we only waited about 20 minutes, probably because the consultant was rattling through his appointments. James' literally took less than two minutes, asked if the pain was back, told yes, okay, can have the injections again, appointment will be sent as soon as possible, then done, out we went.

Today was weight management class, Expandcut for those who don't want to read )

I finally picked up my new compressions today. I actually got the thigh high pair last week, but those are meant for use in the house or just pottering around, so I haven't worn them much. But today I got the below knee ones meant for every day, and you know I'm going to wear the blue patterned ones tomorrow.

I'm going swimming again tomorrow morning. So it'll be cats, swimming and then back home to tidy up and move furniture as my MiL is coming to spend the week on Friday. I'm just hoping James' appointment doesn't come really early as there's already an overlap of looking after the cats and my MiL. I could do without James' being down for the count, too.

It was our first craft fair of the year yesterday, so the days before involved checking through stock while James finished off new items. With him having to cancel a few fairs last year after breaking his elbow, there was lots to sell. It was held at our local cat only vet in aid of Consett Cats, and went very well. It's a small space so things got crowded, but we managed. And a bonus, I didn't adopt any of the adorable kittens there for cat cuddles. I was exhausted last night, though, ready for bed at eight, but managed to hold on to nine.

On the subject of broken elbows, James was finally discharged from physio. They said they've pretty much done all they can for him and his grip and strength is much better. He still can't get his hand to his mouth, but at this point the only thing that may help that is surgery and neither of us are keen on that happening as it would be very little gain for a big risk. Not that he's had an appointment to discuss the CT scan results yet, so surgery may not even be an option whether he wants it or not.

We went swimming again last week, got to the pool and the receptionist said, are you aware the pool shuts at 9:30 for an aqua aerobics class? And no, no I was not aware. But we got a good 40 minutes swimming so better than nothing.

B12 injection day again on Thursday and I went from the doctors to the gym. Can't say I felt any more energetic, though did do a 45 minute recumbent cycle session so maybe there was a bit of a boost going on. It was actually great at the gym as it was nearly empty for most of the time I was there. Which was good as they'd completely ran out of hygiene wipes so no one could wipe down the machines after use. Which was pretty gross and I cleaned mine the best I could with the hem on my t-shirt.

We went to see Freakier Friday and it was fun, a good way to spend a couple of hours.

I called into the pharmacy on Friday to see if my new compressions had finally been delivered. Now, I've called in and asked twice since my initial appointment, and each time they'd said, not yet. Yesterday they admitted that while the script had been sent off, it had been done so without any measurements attached, and the right form had only been sent that morning.

Which is all kinds of frustrating, especially so as I had asked those two times. So, as they are made to measure, I'm looking at another fortnight at least to wait.

Yesterday I was Bodhisitting. She turns four next Sunday, so I was asking what she wanted for her birthday, and it's all superhero stuff as she's really into Spider-Man and the Hulk right now. Which okay, I can work with that. Kayleigh has actually bought a Spider-Man costume and intends to deliver Bode's birthday presents while dressed up. Which, way to go the extra mile.

Then last night we went to the theatre to see Chicago, and I enjoyed it lots. Roxie Hart was played by the ex Strictly pro Janette Manrara, and I wasn't sure what to expect as she's not the best as a presenter, but while she's obviously not a stage trained singer, I thought she did a good job. The whole cast did, in fact.

But in a what are the odds moment, two rows behind us was the woman who was thrown out of the Hamilton showing. She has a very distinctive voice and way of speaking, and I turned around and yep, there she was. This time much quieter, but she still chattered away throughout to her friends.

Today it was more Bodhisitting, and yet again I spent hours looking for criminals and getting arrested. Not sure what I ever did to require being arrested so often, but obviously I must be some kind of bad guy that needs locking away from the world.

I picked up my fruit and veggie box this afternoon, and look Expandat the goodies )

I usually pick up from the Re-F-Use café, but this time, with it being a different day, it was a pickup from an address from Durham. It was a quick drive there, but then I stood knocking for ages. Finally messaged the person who runs the collections, and they said to just go down the drive and the boxes were under the car port and I could pick which one I liked the look of. Did that and yeah, there were four boxes to pick from, sheltered nicely out of the sun.

Once I knew what to do, it was so much easier than a café pick up. Now I have an excess of carrots to deal with, and yes, more lemons *g*

I went swimming this morning, the first time for years.

It was at another Everyone Active gym the next town over, and it was so good to get in the water again. James used one of the two free monthly day passes I get as part of my membership so it cost us nothing, and we were swimming by 8:30am. Which was nice timing as it wasn't busy then.

We swam about an hour, then checked out the spa part, where I got roasted in the sauna for a while, before we headed off.

The pool had impressive disability access, including an excellent, and huge dedicated changing room, complete with a hoist and table to change adults if needed, a sink that could be moved up and down, as well as a sturdy bench, shower and toilet. Plus, a wheelchair that could be pushed and left at poolside. Where there was a lift thing to help people into the water. So, James used that, because the way he's been going lately he probably would have fallen down the steps.

As usual when doing something new, I was a little nervous before going, but no one gave me a second look, and it was a nice and positive experience.

I was at my own gym yesterday and my aim to be invisible remains a no-go. As shown by the fact one of the chatty gym bros decided to show me a photo of what he'd thought was a stomach hernia he had, but was actually a cyst. Not what I expected to see going in.

My Fitbit has given up the ghost, which is sad. I mean, have you even moved unless your steps are tracked? But seriously, I am missing it already and am charging up an old one, which will have to do for now. That's if it works, which I really hope it does.

Two of my favourite shows are back, Masterchef Australia and Celeb SAS, Who Dares Wins. I enjoy both of them so much, but am surprised at how many have dropped out of SAS after just two episodes. I'm rooting for Bimini Bon Boulash who was my favourite back in season 2 UK Drag Race.

Thankfully, the storm didn't hit us too hard here. I lost two containers from the flower shelf, both blown down and broken. While the poor raspberry canes were almost horizontal. But, they're already starting to spring back.

Tomorrow I pick up a mystery fruit and veg box from Re-F-USe. I got one a fortnight ago and they're such good value, £15 for a crate of fresh products that would otherwise be thrown away. I managed to use mostly everything from the last one, even the pak choi. Just the lemons are left, mainly because I got an excess of the things. So, I'm looking forward to seeing what I get tomorrow. Hopefully, not more lemons.

It was a lovely day yesterday, so we decided to get the bus to Durham to see The Naked Gun at the Odeon.

It was okay, some funny parts, but I'm glad it was a very short film because no way could it support anything longer.

We did get to see, and pet, some brilliant dogs. The best being Egg, an English Bulldog who was such a happy, stocky, solid chap who just wanted all the loves. Also, an excellent golden lab on the bus home, a very soft whippet and the most adorable spaniel type puppy we admired from afar.

We had a short walk through the town square and watched a man who was busking by creating an impressive sand sculpture of a dog. Then on the way back to the bus station stopped for chai iced drinks. They'd been promoted as buy one, get one free on the poster in the window. But, it turned out to be the promotion for last month. However, the owner said we could still have them for that price, as it was his fault the posters hadn't been taken down.

Today was the usual grocery shopping and a short walk. We also went to the tip and dropped off more donations at the tip shop, so that was a small amount of clutter gone. Two new to me dresses and a short denim jacket may have also fell into my basket somehow. No idea how that happened...

Storm Floris is due to hit overnight, and of course, we have to go out first thing as James is finally having a CT scan on his elbow. Hopefully, it won't be as windy as forecast and my poor flower shelf doesn't take another battering.

It's been a while but to catch up. I finally got to see Fantastic 4 on Sunday, and really enjoyed it. We were supposed to go on Saturday originally, but realised we'd double booked ourselves with a day out that had been organised with James' team from work. Everyone was going to meet at Tynemouth, and while meeting new-to-me people at the beach wasn't first on my list of enjoyable things to do, I was still looking forward to it -- a little anyway.

But, in the end, that didn't happen as James had an AMC flair on Friday and had to come home from work. He's got a bit of a clawed hand atm, and was in his wheelchair when we went out at the weekend, but will be fine. Really, all that helps is time, and he's been to the doctors on Monday, who wanted to sign him off work for two weeks, but settled for one for now, extending if needed.

We had gone to MetroCentre to see Fantastic 4, and they were having a FanFest thing going on with various cos players and fannish stalls going on. We got some fun photos, and checked out lots of merch, and it was a good way to spend some time before the film. I posted some photos on Insta if people are interested.

I watched The Old Guard 2 last week and it was okay. I've seen no one discuss it though, unless I've missed those posts, which is surprising considering how popular the first film seemed to be.

I was at class last Wednesday, and there was new equipment, a big box that was about thigh height. Expandcut for length about class and gym stuff )

It was very much a Monday yesterday.

Went to the gym and was waving my phone at the scanner to get in, and each time I tried the door, was denied access. At which point, the receptionist pointed out my phone was the wrong way around, and I was scanning myself.

Then the lady from class I know came over for a chat as I was cooling down on the recumbent bike, and because I was distracted I missed the workout finished screen so didn't get to scan and log it. 40 tracked minutes, gone!

Good thing though, Kayleigh and Lucy are thinking about joining the gym, and if they say I referred them I'll get two free months on my account which will be a big help.

We've been to the cinema three times since I last posted, The Ballad of Wallis Island, was much better than I expected. Jurassic World Rebirth was entertaining enough, though had a very flimsy plot, and then Superman, which I loved! With Superdog being a highlight ♥

Sadly, the cinema etiquette for Superman was the worst I've seen for a while, with three girls in the row in front snap chatting and talking throughout, while the young couple on the couch next to mine were very irritating, loudly smacking kisses on each other, the girl getting up three different times for food, then dropped something so that they were both scrabbling around on the floor, and at one point, the guy actually vaped in his seat.

But this was balanced out by the young boy and his dad on the couch, the other side of us. I was a bit dubious if he'd last the whole film, but he was entranced the whole way through, exclaiming out loud with excitement at various points, which is noise I don't mind at all.

I was thrilled to see that Ted Lasso season four is filming, though am sad that it seems some of the main cast won't be appearing. I guess it makes sense if they're going to focus on the ladies team, but I do hope some missing cast do pop up on occasions. Especially Jamie, though if he doesn't, in my mind, he's still happily living with Keeley and Roy.

Of course, this led me to want another series rewatch, but as I can't, instead I've been watching a Jamie fanvid I love as it shows his character growth beautifully. It was [personal profile] misbegotten who linked me to it, and since then I've watched lots.

I've had a very lazy day today as James has been off doing a community overtime event for work. So, I've been tidying up indoors, given the garden a good soak and got caught up online. Well, the DW posts anyway, I've still got so much TV to watch, and yes, I know, the tiniest violin needed for me.

The first thing that came to mind here was beach sandwiches. Which were the chopped salad cream, egg and tomato sandwiches my mam used to make for us when I was a kidlet. We'd head off to the beach, and have a picnic, and the sandwiches were always soggy, flat, and always had sand in them, no matter how carefully they were handled. But, at the same time, they always tasted delicious, especially so as mam used to buy a carton of chips to share while eating them.

A more up to date summer food. I was in the garden picking strawberries, raspberries, chillis and pea pods yesterday. There aren't that many of them as I only have a small garden, and the tomatoes haven't started to ripen yet. But, I thought the bowl looked pretty.

I've just had a good lymphedema appointment. Expandcut for details )

It was the second new day and time weight management class this morning, and along with two new people a few more of the regulars turned up, which was great. We talked about getting back on track if you've lost progress, and goodness knows, been there and done that multiple times.

It was a good talk, though as usual dominated by the overbearing couple. The exercise part was good, too, with a lot of arm strength focus. So my arms felt like spaghetti afterwards.

Something of interest, in a few weeks or so Rosie is going to offer exercise only sessions on our original Monday time, and also on a Thursday evening, which is great, but also a lot of classes. I'm not sure if I'm going to all three yet, but I really appreciate they're putting on these classes for free.

Rosie finally asked if the gym staff would put a sign on the door asking people not to come in while a class was in progress. She said she was fuming last week at the woman who arrived really early and walked through the middle of the class and then just stood watching as she waited for her own group to start. That must have been the straw that broke the camel's back because yeah, there's now a sign saying keep out.

I had such a good time at Hamilton last night. We had really good seats, and I was caught up for the whole performance. Just, wow. It's a show I'd watch again for sure.

I did have a tall guy sitting directly in front of me, but as I had a centre aisle seat it was easy enough to see past him. But what did have the potential to spoil things was the woman sitting directly behind me. She obviously loved Hamilton, knew all the words, but had also obviously been drinking before arriving. She wasn't aggressive or anything, but when she lost her vape caused a fuss and was being really loud about finding it, then was extra loud and OTT, saying she wanted to wed him when a man in the row behind her actually did find it.

She kept kicking my seat, and singing along with the show, until one of the ushers had to come to tell her to quieten down as people wanted to hear the performers not her. She was quiet then, but then had to be warned again in the second half, this time being asked to come have a word away from the seats, and that time didn't come back.

Challenge #2

Tunnel of Love
Journaling: The romance of summer! What do you love? Write about anything you feel sentimental about or that gets your heart pumping.
Creative: Write a love poem to anyone or anything you like

I saw this challenge last night and had been thinking what to reply, because I love lots of things. My husband, my son, my family and friends, cats, the beach, the theatre, the cinema, over priced coffees,Christmas films, the list goes on. Then I got a comment about an old fic and I realised what I could focus on, especially as it nails the sentimental part.

The comment was about my Nsync fic, What It Says On the Can, and therefore, my answer will be popslash. Expandread more )

We ran out of yoghurt this morning, so instead of our usual Sunday morning, be there for opening, visit to Company Shop we went earlier. Only to be quickly reminded of previous vows to myself not to shop there on a Saturday at prime time. So many people in a relatively small place, and they didn't even have any good bargains to show for it. Well, not until we were at the checkout, when one of the ladies we know came out pushing four crates of frozen Magnum lollies. She stopped to talk to James, he asked how much the lollies were, and when told 6 for £1 he asked if he could have six. So, she left the crates next to us, which was great at we got our lollies. But not so great that we almost got trampled by all the other people zooming in for the goodies.

The h/c exchange stories have gone live and I need to check out the archive and see what's there.

It was a Bodhisitting day yesterday, the first long one I've had for a while. It also included watching the new kittens, who have now changed names because it turns out one of the girls is actually a boy. So, Millie and Mollie are now Aslan and Panda. They are adorable though, and spent the day causing havoc, then sleeping, causing more havoc, sleeping, the pattern went on.

That's them with Miah, who now thinks she's a mama cat. Megan meanwhile, just growls and keeps out of the way

Everything in the garden is growing nicely, and I've been picking fresh strawberries and raspberries already. Turns out the courgette I've been carefully tending in the greenhouse is actually a cucumber, though. How that happened I really don't know as I can't remember planting cucumber seeds. That also means I have no courgette plants at all this year.

I watched the season finale of Taskmaster and was pleased with the winner. I've enjoyed this season a lot, and of course was eager to see who is appearing next season. Out of everyone on there I only really know Maisie Adam, but that's the case most times, and I usually end up enjoying them all by the end.

We're off to the theatre tonight to see Hamilton, so I should get off my backside and get changed soon. Normally we'd go for a meal beforehand but it's just drinks tonight, still, I'm looking forward to the show.
