turpsJames has just gone off to pick up our new car. I'm sure it'll be fantastic, but I'm going to miss the old one. After having people carriers for the last two times going down in size will be weird. Though I guess it will cut down on the days out where all the in-laws decide to tag along.
Yesterday the final computer parts for James' home working were supposed to be delivered. After spending a lot of time sorting out the spare room so it could be both a place to sleep and a place to work, the guy turned up without all the parts needed. I swear, this has been the slowest process ever. Many weeks between getting the chair, then the desk, then the router/phone line and now the actual computer equipment.
Between sorting out the spare room and the garage -- our old car was too big to fit in it so it ended up as a dumping ground for junk -- I haven't been online that much. Mainly posting and running at mwd and mini nano. But I should be able to start catching up from tonight.
And now I need to get ready as no doubt soon James will be here so we can go for a drive and enjoy that new car smell.
