I've had a nice Way bros hour.

First, there was

Then Kristin posted a picture of her with Mikey where you could see his tattoo a little better. I'm sure it's some character that I don't actually know but I'm choosing to believe it's an anime version of Gerard.







Of course I am wrong, but it amuses me to think it is that.

Mikey also tweeted he was 11 months sober and got a lot of supportive replies, including ones from people I haven't seen interact with him for a while, so that made me happy, too.

And now I'm listening to FOB's new album and enjoying it a lot. Even with the lack of any bread in the house to make toast for breakfast I'm giving the morning so far a gold star.

Sadly I now have to go tackle the wardrobes as we're taking mam to an appointment this afternoon. If you don't hear from me for a while know I'm probably tapped under piles of clothes and parts of the wardrobes.

It's so great to see their bond and how Gerard's all "I fucking love you!" and Mikeyway giving Gerard gold stars on Twitter and just, you know, &THEM FOREVER;

Kristin is a gift from the heavens when it comes to new Mikeyway pics. He's always so relaxed when he's with her. *Le sigh* Super-duper proud of Mikeyway continuing with his sobriety and how the fandom's been kind to him.

I've yet to listen to AB/AP, but then I've never really listened to them? After all, I went to their return from hiatus concert knowing only 3 songs (out of which one was "A Little Less 16 Candles...). That said, I'm glad to see a lot of happy comments about the new album.

As you know, the Way bros are my favourites.

I just love their relationship so much, and how open they are about how they feel about each other. It said a lot that they didn't seem to be in contact much when Mikey was with Sarah. Which isn't me blaming her, just that he must have been in a bad place at the time and seemed to retreat and stick only with her while that was happening. Honestly, I feel bad for Mikey and Sarah both, because that couldn't have been easy to deal with.

I remain happy fandom is treating him better now. He may never be the fandom's darling again, but neither is he the enemy either.

I remember you saying you didn't know much of FOB's music. That always reminds me of a comment that really annoyed me when I was moving from popslash to bandom. A popslasher -- who then went on to defriend me -- posted just to say how much she hated bandom music. What she was talking about was FOB's version of Thriller, and I just thought it was a ridiculous thing to say, simply because there's no one bandom sound. FOB's music is different to MCR's which is different to Panic's and on and on. Which is totally a side step to the main conversation but you not listening to all the bands reminded me of it.
