turpsA drive-by post.
Very last minute we're off to spend a few days in York, leaving in an hour or so. The Christmas market is there and we've tickets for the museum gardens light event for tomorrow night, and it'll be lovely.
In the last days James had a birthday, and also had his back injections which seemed to have gone well. With me being his carer I was allowed to go to the unit with him and could stay with him until he actually went to theatre, and then I just hung in the patient lounge until he got back.
We had our first festive gathering and had a lovely time, though the weather was terrible, snowing all day. Which wasn't fun when we had to drive Corey back to Newcastle afterwards. Photo evidence
I put all the decorations up yesterday, and everything looks nicely festive.
And with that, I must start to pack, the market awaits.
