Thank you
sylvaine for the awesome baby sparkle deer. Of course it's good enough for the herd, in fact, it's part of it right now. Also, thank you so much
bettina for the card ♥
There's also a picture of Tinker in the above post. She was at the vets this morning and has put on weight. So, that means she doesn't have to go again for five weeks and has been put on monthly B12 injections, so that's some nice progress.
A few day ago we were out delivering Christmas cards to neighbours on the estate. I always leave James the job of making the list of people to deliver to, and he did so this time. Our estate consists of 91 houses, the list had 45 houses to deliver to. Yeah, we've lived here a long time and chat to a lot of people when we're out and about. But still, 45 houses... However, it could have been more as when James was making the list he asked should he include the house which has the nice dog standing in the window, and just, no. I'll happily give cards to people we speak to occasionally, and certainly don't give in order to get back. But, giving to someone because we like to see their dog feels like crossing some kind of 'that's a bit much' line.
Otherwise, as it was sunny that day, I'd been out tidying the garden and doing some pruning of the honeysuckle bush. And got rather over-enthusiastic doing so and cut through the washing line. Thankfully it's a pull out one, so I'm hoping it's got some more slack in the pull-out end and I can fix it back up at some point
This week I've also emailed some people about addresses and on reply, finished my cards and sent them and some parcels. So I'm feeling accomplished. A week or so behind where I'd want to be in terms of sending, but at least they're done.
We've also been to see Jumanji the next level at the cinema, which was okay. Not as good as the last one I felt, but a nice way to spend a couple of hours.
But, terrible news. When at the Metrocentre I called into Lush and they've discontinued the Karma bubble bath bar. WOE! I say again, WOE! They tried to appease me by saying all-new bubble bath bars would be hitting the shelves in the new year, but that doesn't help now. Karma is my favourite D:
This afternoon James went off to drive my SiLs partner to his home town to pick up Christmas presents. It's only an hour or so drive and he asked if I wanted to go along, but we haven't been apart since his break down at work, and I knew he'd have company. So I'm spending the afternoon chilling in the quiet. Though, as drives go it's not good timing as James got a new leg and different stump socks and they've given him painful blisters. We've no solid plans over the weekend so I think some time with no leg will have to happen.

45 was a lot. At least no postage was involved, that would have got a huge no.
