Mar. 20th, 2020 04:58 pmSome of you may remember me reccing the insta account Ibike1world
It's the account of this gruff Scottish guy, Dean, who found a kitten at the side of the road and has been travelling with her on a bike ever since. Their relationship is fantastic, and it's just such a great feel good thing.
But, something that grew from that is an insta account made by Kelly Ulrich who posts a daily comic strip that shows all of Dean and Nala's adventures as posted by Dean that day. Along with Dean and Nala is Vinnie the cockroach, who's really great. Seriously, just go with it, Vinnie is the perfect combination of serious and wise to Dean and Nala who tend to be very casual. Why I'm mentioning this is the other day Kelly posted a comic strip that really got me in the feels, especially the end panel.
Boink indeed.
And our new kitty arrived today, and he's adorable. Also into everything which is understandable. He's eaten, had a treat, loves the laser pen and had a bit of a growl from the other cats, which is also understandable. Time is what will help there I'm sure.

Date: 2020-03-24 02:43 pm (UTC)And a total teen in both look and behaviour. He runs around like a mad thing, has nearly fell in the toilet, ended up hanging from the blinds with his leg stuck, knocked countless things over, then cuddles up on your lap for a long sleep.
Pansy and Milo were keeping well out of the way, but at least they were coming downstairs again every now and then. I suspect we'll be back to square one again now.
