I'm such a damn wimp. I was cooking Corey's tea and had the back door open because Tex was in the garden and saw something moving out the corner of my eye. I thought it might have been a leaf blown in because that happens a lot, then looked closer and saw it was a bloody mouse. I have to admit that I may have shrieked a little and Corey came running in to open the door and let it out. At least he would have but the thing had gone behind the dishwasher. I'm not happy just now. It's only a tiny field mouse but it's in my house. I keep expecting it to run over my foot and if it does I'll jump a mile. And my nerves aren't being helped by the fact Corey keeps looking in the kitchen and saying he can hear noises.

In other RL stuff Mam had her first rant about her house being done just now. She wasn't that bad, only at the semi drunk stage when she rants and moans but is still pretty lucid so that's one thing. She's sick of the mess and the wires and is threatening to lock the doors in the morning and not let the workmen in, which is so sensible. I understand the mess is bad but she knew it was going to happen, nothing's changed by twisting about it. Which is probably advice I should take myself *g*

I have to go make James' tea now for when he comes in from work, if the thing runs over my foot I won't be updating later because I'll be lying in shock on the kitchen floor.

Hey, I don't know if you've heard of this.

From here (http://www.livejournal.com/users/j_crew_guy/432317.html) -->
Comics Continuum says: The character of Adam Kane is expected to return to Mutant X sometime during the February sweeps, sources told The Continuum.

Adam, played by John Shea, was the leader of Mutant X during the first two seasons of the show, but was thought to have died in last season's cliffhanger.

Tribune Entertainment, which produces Mutant X, listed Shea as a special guest star for the third season. Shea is expected to appear in approximately four episodes.

You're welcome to it.

I like mice too, I used to keep some as pets, but seeing one where I didn't expect one really freaked me out!
