turpsIt's a happy day today, because MX season 3 starts on Sky every day at 4. YAY! Of course that's when Corey watches tv but nothing stands between me and my mutants. Season three, how I both love and hate you. Love because, well it's MX. How can I not love it? At the same time no Emma, missing Adam and Lexa *shudders*. The hatchet face herself who does get better but she's just...she's no Emma is all, plus she kissed Brennan, which is just wrong. I've missed a lot of the later episodes so I'm buzzing about seeing them.
I've been watching the last ep of S2 this morning, and what annoys me is that they wasted the way Emma was going darker. I love how she threatened Adam, telling him she'd make him him tell the truth. Dark Emma was excellent, which is why I get so frustrated that she wasn't in S3, because she had the potential to cause some serious trouble. It's funny when you watch the characters go into situations that you know will end badly. You feel like shouting, 'No! Don't go that way!' Not that I would of course. Every time I watch that ep I wonder why they just hang there at the end. Brennan is able to practically fly, why doesn't he use his power to blast at the ground and grab someone instead of just lying there looking pretty? Sure it's dangerous and there's explosions going off everywhere but surely it's better to try? Then again I'm forgetting, the writers of MX are a bunch of crack monkeys.
We were out nearly all day yesterday, having a good drive around. We ended at a small parachute place at one point. It was tiny and because it was such a lovely day there were plane full of parachutists going up. I have to say they must be insane. Some of them were hurtling from the sky upside down which surely can't be right. But they obviously knew what they were doing as they'd come down like that, then suddenly flip the right way and land really gently. Of course it reminded me of Lance and I was telling James about the pics of Jessie, how he looked terrified before he went up then so happy when he landed. It was a lovely relaxing day which is what we needed, eating McFlurries in the sunshine, listening to music with the car windows down and petting ponies.
When we came back I had to get Corey's uniform done and reluctantly tackled the ironing basket that I hadn't touched since he broke up. I set the ironing board up in the living room next to the couch so I can watch tv and sit down at the same time. That meant I watched a lot of tv last night, which was okay because James played the Sims for the first time so he was on the computer. He made himself a house, made the man and woman fall in love then called over my men from my house and made the woman try and seduce them...sigh. I didn't see if he succeeded, I hope not, it took ages to get Homer, JC, Joey and Lance to love Chris 100%. ( I haven't talked Sims for a long time but I'm having amazing bitch fights, those 4 hate each other with a passions, slapping and making each other cry while Chris happily moves to each one, kissing here, hugging there while they all fight over him *g* )
I'm straying from the story though. I was watching the have boybands gone Busted thing on MTV, and it was so sad to see the bands announcing their break ups again. Well, apart from Bryan leaving Westlife, that couldn't come fast enough. Unfortunately I then started to watch something about the ten worst jobs and man, just ick. There were some things in that I wish I'd never seen.
Okay, a nice jacket potato and tuna is waiting for me so I'm off.

It starts with Jesse looking for everyone amongst the rubble. He finds Brennan ( and that totally pissed me off, I wanted a nice h/c scene with Jess maybe kissing him awake ) and he's okay, then Shal and then we see someone in a body bag. A hand drops out and Emma's ring falls off. The thing is a lot of people thought she wasn't really dead. The rings are keyed to the wearers dna, there's no way they could fall off, so I was hoping she'd come back. Of course now the bastards have cancelled it that's not going to happen. Oh and Adam disappears and doesn't come back for ages.

I saw a few of them walking arounf the site, but never any of the actual action (except the Lance "thumbs-up" in free-fall, on the b-day page... ..was that even the same jump? lol) I'd =LOVE= to see some of the action from that jump, Jessa & people were there, but I haven't seen photos! :(
