Showing you my big old GIP. Chris has been rotated in for a while I know but he belongs with the set. You'll notice Lance is missing, I haven't found a picture that fits yet, it's not deliberate or anything.
Today got a whole lot better thankfully. We got two pieces of great news, made money at the boot sale then went out for a drive this afternoon. I bet you can't guess where? Yeah, to our picnic spot, though we didn't have a picnic today, just had a paddle in the ford. I nearly fell in when I was there which wasn't funny, James asked if I was going over the stepping stones so I started over but had to take the insane dog, who nearly pulled me in, so I came back. Still got wet though as an idiot in a car drove through far too fast and caught me with the backwash of water despite being well out of the way. But fun was had and chips eaten in a park on a picnic bench as the swallows flew around and entertained us.
I'm going to end on another meme, which I'm posting because it couldn't be more wrong about me.

POPLAR TREE (the Uncertainty) - looks very decorative, not very self-confident, only courageous if necessary, needs goodwill and pleasant surroundings, very choosy, often lonely, great animosity, artistic nature, good organizer, tends to lean toward philosophy, reliable in any situation, takes partnership seriously.
ROWAN TREE (the Sensitivity) - full of charm, cheerful, gifted without egoism, likes to draw attention, loves life, motion, unrest, and even complications, is both dependent and independent, good taste, artistic, passionate, emotional, good company, does not forgive.
WALNUT TREE (the Passion) - unrelenting, strange and full of contrasts, often egotistic, aggressive, noble, broad horizons, unexpected reactions, spontaneous, unlimited ambition, no flexibility, difficult and uncommon partner, not always liked but often admired, ingenious strategist, very jealous and passionate, no compromise.
WEEPING WILLOW (the Melancholy) - beautiful but full of melancholy, attractive, very empathetic, loves anything beautiful and tasteful, loves to travel, dreamer, restless, capricious, honest, can be influenced but is not easy to live with, demanding, good intuition, suffers in love but finds sometimes an anchoring.

there's no way I can catch up on everyone's journals though. I just thought I'd go back a few days and see what was up, ACK! there's no way I can do it. My mind started melting. lol
