_bettina_! I've just got your card and package, thank you so much! I love them both and the card, you wrote me Chris/Wade! I may have squealed when I saw, heck I did squeal. You wrote me flat face *twirls* It's awesome, I love it so much, thank you!

My mail is giving me much joy at the moment and thinking about Bettina's ficlet next to giddyupnow's card with its TrickC pic makes me grin with delight, because really every wall should have a display of slashy cards. Also, and I know you'll all be impressed but my own cards are nearly done. I figured it was pointless just sitting looking at them as the Christmas elves weren't going to come write them for me. Now I just need to post them which won't be today as Corey's still off. We also finished putting up the outside lights last night. It's amazing what you can do with a washing line, the clothes prop and a hockey stick. The people watching from the Co Op car park seemed impressed seeing me hang out of the window anyway.

And mam just confirmed she's getting me 21 Jump Street on DVD. Tommy Hanson! Be still my heart, and it's been officially confirmed that Christmas is happening in my own house this year. Which on one hand I'm so excited about as we've always gone to stay at mams for Christmas but on the other it feels wrong that we won't go, which is stupid I know, it's time to make our own traditions but still. At least it means we'll be around to track Santa by radar and for the SeSa reveal. Which reminds me, back to the story I go.
