Because oh man. Chibi!Sync eyes are GORGEOUS. Think about it. And JC would be oh-so-pretty and no one would find it weird that he's prettier than the girls in the manga because HE'S A BISHONEN OMG.

And oh man. The thought of Chibi!Lance makes me want to cry at the perfectness of it, because the EYES man, the EYES. He's already got the weird ass eyes that are so effing mesmerising and all the girls fall for him because of his pretty eyes even though he has a very strange obsession with Chibi!Chris and they snark at each other constantly and.

See I don't know much about manga/yaoi apart from what I've picked up from castalie but I can totally see what you mean. Lance's eyes are mesmerising and I really like the way you told about the snark and Chris, because yes, I can see it.

Oh dude, there's always a pretty boy that gets fawned on by the girls, or the female classmates, in the case of high school stories. And he almost always has a snarky counterpart that he keeps on arguing with, and which makes up for most of the manga plot. *snerk* Like, seriously, half the fun of manga set in high school (even though the plots SUCK to high hell) is seeing all the fangirl classmates fangirl over how HOT the pretty boy and the snarky boy are when they fight together.

And if you want to talk about seme/uke, well, I already have my own views about Lance and Chris (both of them being as flexible as fuck), but I'd put Chris as the seme and Lance as the uke for stereotype's sake.

NO! LANCE! ♥ Lance already has the weird-ass eyes that hypnotise people. Just think of the damage they'd do if they were REAL MANGA EYES OMG. And dude, baby!Lance was girly, and would've made a great bishonen. Now he's still bishy and pretty, but not as pretty as before.
