Kevin would nod. They're usually well balanced in the first place, thanks to people who actually know what they're doing. I only look after budgets for leisure and human services.

Like I said before, they like to keep us pretty happy here, despite we're on a small island in the middle of nowhere. Kevin says. They give us awesome food, dormitories with good space. Church services, free gun cleaning, karate classes and yoga if you want them. People around here started up clubs to rent videos and all, we all get a free hour and a half massage every two to three months. Y'know, the luxury stuff.
