A few days ago northernveil said I should post some more pictures of Moffet so I'm going to, while trying to forget how she just stood on the keyboard and deleted a mail I'd been writing.



She's decided the best place to lie is on my desk between the screen and keyboard, which is inconvenient I have to say. Especially when she walks across the keys, causing havoc as she does so.










And so he won't be left out, my dog Tex.

She's the first cat I've had so it's taking some getting used to the fact she thinks she can sit and walk where she wants. The gap between monitor and keyboard is her favourite place though. I wonder if it's a cat thing *g*

Yes. I tend to pull way up to the desk, so my forearms are resting on the desk up the the elbow. Daniel likes to sleep on my arms while I'm in this position, with his head on my shoulder. It's very sweet, but makes it really, really hard to type, particularly since he weighs 13 pounds now. *grins*

And yes! Moffet is adorable, as is Tex.

So precious! Cat Thing loves to sit on my lap while I'm at the keyboard. Of course she also likes to *type* herself. She'll reach out and smack at the keys. She's pretty good at hitting the space bar, which makes for some odd emails. My friends know if they see long spaces between words, it's Cat Thing saying hello. She also likes to tug on my shirt sleeves continuously or lay with her upper body across one arm while I'm typing. After all, it's all. about her. ;)

Oh yeah, if you want to set limits, set them now and be very, very strict. If you let a cat get by with something, they'll tend to do it when they want to, even if they know it's wrong. I'm telling you, it's her house now. lol

JC would know he's slowly and surely bieng brainwahsed. HE can't kep control of his time, information, contacts, or calendar here, in the way that he could outside of this place, outside of this surrealism. However, he doesn't blame himself for loving it here. He understands why all the soldiers of the federation are happy, as well.

And the strangest thing about it is that the federation keeps to themselves. Equal parts men and women on a rather large island with sutable crops and good living conditions that rival any multi-million dollar spa or resort.

Over lobster, he thinks of what he's going to do with the rest of his day. The last interrogated suspect was a man named joshua, and JC began teaching the others on how to properly interrogate.

He goes back to his room in hopes of finding his two-way to send another small note to nick. He does it right inside the room this time, because Kevin is away doing his evil overlord business.

He looks at the two-way for a long while, the other one had been a dummy. He fumbles with it, long and grey, in his hands. He decides to put it back with the rest of his things.

There's nobody waiting for him back in London.

That's so cute! - Ariel sits on my chair back when I'm at my desk, but Moffett wins many cute points for that. [although on a not-blindsided=by-cuteness note, if you really don't want her there, start training her not to *now*]

She does look cute but I'm trying not to let her do it anymore. Like you said if I let things go like that now she'll be there all the time and as much as I love her being close having her walking over the keyboard is a no go.

I like the idea of Cat thing sending e mails. She seems to have enough personality to do so *g* I imagine it can get frustrating though.

It really is an inconvenient sleeping place I have to agree.

Moffet is about five months old, at least that's what the vet thinks.
