In a burst of energy I decided to strip the wallpaper off the living room yesterday, so Corey and I have been working hard ever since. Now there's only a strip at the top of the wall to do ( if only I was a foot taller ) then sanding, filling in holes then painting. So you know, next time I have a burst of energy I'm going to sit and wait for it to go away ;)

We did a few hours this morning before heading off to the doctors where I've been put on the strong antibiotics again, because I may have had a flair up on Sunday and I may have had a mini fight with James when he wanted to take me to casualty. But just no, it wasn't that bad and I've been there far too much so I hung on until today. They're trying something new now which means I have to go to the doctors every other day while taking the tablets. Which I was told no less than four times not to take alcohol with because that would be VERY VERY BAD! Because obviously I look like some kind of alcoholic. I can't say I'm amused at having to go so often again, but well, it gets me off my ass for exercise which has to be of the good.

Moving on. You should all go check out somebody2leanon which is a trickyfish community, and really, you can't go wrong with a bit of trickyfish. So go, look, see, join if you want to.

There was no doubt about who would be #1. Brennan Mulwray from Mutant X. My favourite show, my favourite fictional guy. He's gorgeous, an interesting and passionate character, and OMG! he can shoot electricity out of his hands. That's the coolest thing ever!



Tom Paris (Voyager) next. The helmsman from Voyager. His hands glide over the con like gentle caresses....sigh.



Blair Sandburg. ( The Sentinel ) He's hot, he's geeky, he's so married to Jim....sigh.



Tom Hanson. The man I babysat two horrible kids for just so I could watch their parents cable and see Jump Street. He was worth it.



Richie Ryan ( Highlander) It never happened. Nope. All a bad head trip of Duncan's.



Seamus Harper ( Andromeda) He's small, smart mouthed and great with his hands. What's not to love?



Fox Mulder ( X Files) He could interrogate me for the truth any day.



Jesse Kilmartin (Mutant X) Brennan's boyfriend He can phase and mass at will. He's the second prettiest man on MX. He gives new meaning to the words hard on. *goes to happy place*



Legolas. So light on his feet and pretty but can also kick ass.

Yeah, it seems to be one thing after the other, but maybe this one will do it. *crosses fingers and hugs you back*

I loved Andromeda in the early seasons then it went to hell, but Harper, man, I could watch him over and over, he's wonderful.

I wouldn't turn down Krycek believe me, or even better, both of them at once ;)

Man, I adore Mutant X. It's not the best show out there, not by a long shot, but I have a long standing crush on Brennan that makes me overlook any faults.

He is! I think I must re-read some Andromeda fic so that I can enjoy him again. (And I've suddenly been struck with a desire for popslash/early seasons Andromeda crossover. Imagine what Chris and Harper could get up to together, or the snarkiness that could ensue between Harper and Lance? Or between Lance and Tyr - Tyr could get wonderfully snarky :-)

Oh whoa. Your ideas about an Andromeda and popslash cross have me wiggling with delight! Because yes to everyone of those suggestions. Harper would so get along with Chris, and Lance and Tyr! I can see it now.

And no one on the Andromeda would know what to make of JC - nice and polite and frienly, but totally spaced out :-) And Joey would be a hit with the ladies. I think he would like Bekka - he strikes me as the type to prefer strong women. I've got a little problem placing Justing though. He can't play the diva 'cause that's Dylan's role. Perhaps he could hero-worship Dylan in his cool uniforms? (I firmly believe that Chris and Lance would take one look at Dylan and detest him for life. Stuck-up prig!)

But really it's Chris and Harper that should be the centerpiece. They would get on like a house on fire - screams, shouts, people running for shelter :-) Lance and Tyr would snark and have sex and plot how to take over the ship from Dylan.

How I wish I had the talent to write this, but I can just come up with characters and scenarios, never any story or plot, and anyway the only kind of prose I can write are strictly of the non-fictional variety. *sad sigh*
