In other gleeful news. The story I mentioned yesterday? There's been a new part posted and it entertained me so much.

Corey and James had a wonderful time camping, though when I was sorting out Corey's rucksack I found all his undies were untouched. I tell you, I have visions of him coming back from France without once touching soap or clean underwear. He also came back with a nasty rash over both his legs. It's fading now but it looks like he brushed through something that didn't agree with his skin at all.

ETA: I've just watched the X Files movie trailer and man, I still get the chills hearing the theme music. I am so excited for this, also so nervous, because it could be screwed up so badly.

More Mikey is always good.

The thing is with kidfic it takes a special way of writing it, otherwise it becomes cloying and just wrong. But I'm staying positive about these and have decided they'll be great.

Can you imagine looking up at Ray's thighs? It would be such a spectacular view, thighs and crotch, his hands caressing his guitar and flying hair. *fans self*

Ryanbot is something I'm a little undecided on right now. Probably more toward the including him than not though. I see him as providing some light relief, because he'd be the worst bot in the world while also having his own issues. Because bots deserve love too. But at the same time, it's adding another element to a story that's already got a lot going on.

Mikey Way - making the galaxy safe through literal applications of hotness.

Heck yeah!

Okay, I have this scene in my head now. Mikey is very much a freedom fighter. He escaped from the trafficers and since then has been living his life to his brother's ideals, because he thinks Gerard died back then. So Mikey has gathered this band of really weird rebels, and they're basically kicking ass across the universe. So Mikey's all poker-faced and no one has ever seen him smile, then there's some kind of battle and he's in the thick of it, laser blasting and then Bob and Gerard turn up ( maybe Frank and Ray too ) and Bob stops Gerard from just running to Mikey, because hello, lasers everywhere and Mikey is in the zone, so Gee yells but Mikey can't hear. Which is when Gerard starts to sing and Mikey finally lets his hand drop, and he shades his eyes and looks across the smoking ruins and for the first time his dead pan expression falters, because Gerard and then they're running to one another and it's the sappiest most cliched idea ever but it gives me glee right now!
