The SiL had a birthday tea party yesterday. Lots of good food and hanging out at her house, where I got to design Bratz outfits with my niece -- let me tell you, I am a wizz at cutting out tiny skirts from sparkly paper -- and also discuss High School Musical with her. She's 6, thinks Troy is fantastic and was very eager to school me in the ways of HSM, especially as all I know about it is Zac Efron likes to have sex with the one with the hair, something that I didn't think would actually add anything to the conversation.

The thing I seem to be constantly writing for the newsletter? Lance: wants a reunion. If I had money for each time I wrote that I'd have a nice lump of cash.

I've signed up for the bandom big bang, and have a story idea even. The thing is, it's multi band with a heavy Panic focus, something that makes me very nervous. Oh well, challenges are called challenges for a reason. Plus, Mikey/Pete \o/

Dancing on Ice started yesterday. With that and Come Dine With Me my Sunday tv is set.

It was a weird clash of fandom and rl, but a conversation I enjoyed because she was such a mini fangirl.

An admission. The BB comes from planning sessions I've been doing with Arsenic for a possible birthday fic for you. Which is why it's so Brendon and h/c heavy when normally I'd be all about MCR. It's sort of tailored for you.

And you know, I'd love your help. When I start I'll be bugging you for sure.

*wide eyes* Omg, really? 'Tailored for me'? Be still my heart! This made my day, sis, totally! But should you decide to really give it for my bday and stuff - or around it - I can totally accept not to be part of it at all so that it's a surprise... Just let me know what you decide whenever you start writing it :-)

I love that show! I follow it whenever I'm home and it's on. Or I try to catch up on the omnibus every Saturday.

Yep. I was telling her how it was a special birthday and how I wanted to write something you'd love, and then realised the BBB deadline would be close and I wasn't sure if I could do two long stories at once.

I don't know. I may ask you to read along with this one and do something else for your actual birthday, because it feels wrong not to have something for the actual day. Plus, there's still lots of time yet :)

Yes! I watch the omnibus too, it's better that way.
