turpsI was just reading a Panic sounding fic.
In the comments someone mentioned a story where someone sounds himself with a drumstick. At which point my expression was pretty much D:
But, I reasoned, maybe drumsticks are smaller than I'm picturing. So I Googled.
Over an hour later and I've just finished reading all about sounding, which led to reading about catheter play and then anal/sound electric play.
The conclusion being, using a drum stick that way? Not a good idea.
And that, people, is why I never get the things done I'm supposed to.

The website I was at gave a few examples not to use as sounds, including toothbrush handles, coat hangers, pencils etc. I just sat and boogled that anyone would think that was a good idea.

Perhaps it's something you could train for, like corset-wearing?

Perhaps it's something you could train for, like corset-wearing?
We are sharing a brain! That's what I was thinking this morning, and why I Googled it, because while I knew about the different sizes of sounds I was wondering just how big they could go. Not that I expected them to reach drumstick size, but still. It's always good finding this stuff out.
The biggest I found was about pencil size, and I'd imagine you would have to work up to that. It's certainly nothing you'd just jam in.
