Happy New Year!

I've just been outside watching many, many red sky lanterns float by. They were so beautiful, their flames burning so bright against the dark sky. Not a bad way to greet a new year I think.

I hope 2011 is all kinds of amazing for you all.

I like fireworks but not the noise they make. And we had two little dogs who went absolutely crazy. Mine is even scared of thunder, I suspect because it makes the same loud, booming noise.

Poor doggies! One of my sister's dogs hate loud noises too so NYE is always a trial for them.
