I've had such a fantastic day. augustuscaesar is so lovely and I never felt awkward at all.

We've been to Blue Reef Aquarium where we saw many cool fish and lobsters etc, otters, but best of all, seals! 4 of them that did a show and as we were standing at the barrier we all got wet. But seals!

After that we went and grabbed fish and chips and ate them at St Michaels Island. Though as it was cold and spitting on to rain we ate in the car, because we're just that classy. Then it was off on a drive and a short walk along the river Tyne before hitting the discovery museum at Newcastle. Then sadly we had to drop Tara off, but not after a nice hug.

We talked popslash, Nick, and Lamp at the seals. Chris/Dog fic while looking at a picture in the museum. Fandom, Australia, so many things. I didn't want to let her go.

Now though, my feet are aching, I smell like otter and seal water, but I'm happy. A good day for sure.

And yes, you can laugh at me now.
