Corey went back to school today. It was all very casual, the years where back to school being an event have been left behind. He came back with a new timetable that looks like code and many new lessons I've never even heard of before.

I can't say getting up was fun, especially as I was up way late reading arsenicjade's and untappedbeauty's Like The Tide. It was so good! And yet again I was doing the thing where I'd say, just one more chapter, then looked up and saw it was getting on to midnight. But, it was worth it, because it's an amazing story and one I fully recommend.

While Corey was gone I got a nice chunk of my h/c story done. I can honestly say I'm hitting the hurt part -- and then some. Also, it's good that I like writing group scenes because keeping track of 7 people is tricky.

strangecreature was asking for art prompts and I asked for bird's nest Mikey and dreads Frank, look how adorable they are!

I'm on a kiwi fruit kick at the moment, they're so delicious. I should get some fresh pineapple and slice it with the kiwis, nom nom nom.

The story was so good! But I need to remember to keep the late reading for non school nights.
