I'm just waiting for the stairlift person to come and do the annual service, and then we're off to Beamish Open Air Museum for the day.

But I checked my in-box and romantical told me there was a Way baby, and there is. She's adorable in that very new baby kind of way, and I love her matching sleep suit and hat.

Thinking back to when I first came into bandom, I never thought this day would happen. But it has, and I hope Mikey and Kristin will be very happy with their new daughter.

Ooh, I'm jealous -- I loved Beamish when we went. I hope you had a great day, and the weather was as nice up there as it is down here.

We had an excellent day. It was warm and sunny, but not too hot. Plus, wasn't crowded at all so it was easy to get a space on the buses and trams.

Plus, we got dressed up in costumes and had our photo taken. That was fun, but a bit weird being watched by the people outside.

Beamish sounds like such a fantastic place. I hope you'd lots of fun as usual. (Is Beamish far from where Camp is going to be this year? Maybe we could go there.)

I have no opinion about the baby itself but her kitty-covered clothes are totally adorable!

Beamish is great, and they're always adding new things. They're just about to start to build a 1950's town, so that'll be great when it's done.

Well, it's about 20 minutes drive from where I live, so I'd imagine a couple of hours from Camp. I know Anna has been before so she'd probably know driving times better than me. It's worth thinking about.

The kitty outfit is so cute. I do wonder how many photos they'll share, or if they'll be like the rest of the band and restrict what gets shown for privacy. I hope so, Gerard and Frank seem to have a nice balance.

A couple of hours might be a little too far to drive for a day trip but it sounds and looks like such a cool place. I'll try to remember and bring it up in the comm when we start planning in earnest.
