bandom_holidays have been revealed so I can say I wrote the above.

I was writing for shadowhive who was a relatively new friend at the time I got the assignment, but I'd quickly realised he leaves fantastic comments and is such a lovely flist friend that I really wanted to do something that he'd enjoy.

After a flurry of emails with Sperrywink, I nailed down an idea of Ray watching and wanting the Way bros and trying to decide if they were physically together or just doing their usual Way too-close-for-comfort thing. Then finds out the answer at the end.

I had fun writing this, I mean, it was all band, on the bus, the Ways being gross. All things I love writing. And after a year of writing nothing, it was nice to know I could still string words together.

Thanks go to themoononastick my faithful bandom beta who always agrees to help despite not journalling for a long time. And to akamine_chan who held together a challenge that was filled with people from various platforms. I can't even imagine how hard that must have been.

And finally, thank you to Shadowhive for my story, Better Than Him, which I very much enjoyed.

I knew I'd tripped myself up in terms of hinting what I wrote when you read and fed all the other works, and I'd done the same except for my own. I really should have commented to myself. Maybe heaped praise on the story and said it was a work of genius *g*

I used to be prolific in terms of writing, but then it just tailed off for some reason. But last year was the worst year in terms of writing nothing at all until the last months. I'm so glad I've broken through that block now.

I did. But more than that I'm glad you had a good experience in the exchange. I know you were unsure at first, so it's great to see how active you were.

Me too! I think I was nervous because it meant interacting with new people and putting myself out there, which I’m not super comfortable with, but it ended up being a lot of fun

I've really been enjoying writing again. Both for bandom holidays and the stockings, because those are relatively quick and so low pressure.

I feel gross Ways as a reward for hard cleaning makes sense somehow *g*

I still haven't read any of the bandom_holidays stories - OR looked at the art! I've just not been in the mood. Hopefully I will be soon. Anyway, I wanted to say how very happy it makes me to see you writing again! *waves celebratory pompoms* I'm going to keep everything crossed you'll both have the time and the inspiration for lots of writing in the coming year!
