I saw that 911 and 911 Lonestar are back from next Monday. This makes me very happy, I've missed those ridiculous shows.

It's good timing too as they're taking over from a few that have just finished, like This Is Us and Chicago Med, though at this point, after reading about cast changes in the second, I don't know if I'll keep watching as I realised I don't actually like the vast majority of the characters. I've also got the first ep of Loki downloading right now so will see how that goes.

We're starting the bed swap today with Kayleigh's old bed coming to stay in our garage at 7pm. That means at some point I have to get rid of the old divan in the spare room and paint while I have space. Of course, I've supposed to have been decorating while James has been off and we haven't started. Instead, we've been out and about most days -- which is why I'm really behind in comment replies and flist reading right now.

Today I had my eyelashes dyed and bought a flower hairband because it's Kayleigh's wedding on Monday. I tried my dress on last night and thankfully it still fits. I should really get some new shoes, but the dress is floor length so my old ones will have to do. Now all I need is a matching face mask as no turquoise ones were available in town. So, Amazon it is.

Yay and congrats for Kayleigh and her spouse! So glad to hear they are finally getting to hold their ceremony. Also I bet you will look fabulous in your dress, especially with a coordinating mask!

Good luck with the furniture moving and painting. I hope at the end of it all you will be pleased with the space.

Well you've seen my dress and I have to admit I did feel good in it, and I did find a matching facemask in the end. And how weird is it that that's now a totally normal thing to say?

If you've been having the same nice weather we have had this week it's no wonder you've been out and about a lot. It's definitely not been the kind of weather that makes you want to stay indoors and redecorate! I've spent most of it on the balcony and so has Lancecat :-)

So good that Kayleigh and Lucy will finally be able to get married. I hope they'll have a wonderful wedding on Monday!

The weather has been so beautiful here lately! It's warm heading to hot, but not so much that it's too much. Though, we could do with an overnight rainshower. It's good I'm not on a water meter as I'm out twice a day watering the plants.

They had an excellent day :D

Yay for wedding! I can't believe it is finally happening! (I'm sure Kayleigh and her fiance are more excited than I am, but still. *g*)

911 still has bad hair, but if you want fic, Jilly James is now writing in it. Just FYI.

The wedding was great, and very sweet. I wasn't sure how such a small ceremony would go with only us two witnesses and the brides, but I think it made it nicely special and intimate.

Can't say I'm surprised at the bad hair situation. Is Jilly writing Buck/Eddie?

Yeah, she's writing Buck/Eddie. Both on her personal site and then in a Quantum Bang story from this year.
