turpsI think my house is cursed in terms of leaks. I was watching tv last night when I heard something dripping from the kitchen. Went to investigate and there was water dripping from the ceiling. It was from a spot that was under the bathroom but not the bath, sink, or toilet so I'm not sure what was going on. There wasn't much and it stopped overnight, so I hope it was just some escaping water from my bath earlier that I hadn't noticed because I really don't want another insurance job situation.
Also, last night, I was weak and checked out the Strictly pairing spoilers, and I'm a happy bunny. Now, bring on Saturday for the launch show.
We've got a craft fair, in a fortnight, so yesterday I was painting silver stars that hold Chocolate oranges. I have to admit, I'm not really crafty minded but it was easy enough to do them. James did the dinosaurs when he got home from work and there are still five snowmen to go, which I suspect will be left to me, too.
It's only a small craft fair held at our vets in aid of Consett Cats, the rescue where we got Murphy, so James will have to be selective in terms of what he's taking. More significantly, the rescue is also holding cat and kitten cuddling sessions using cats needing homes. I feel this may be a dangerous time.
