20 years, wow. And people say online friendships aren't real.

Well, the afternoon was spent chasing for some meds James really needed. So, not bad as such but frustrating and very time-consuming.

Ah, that's excellent, I'm excited for her. And your timing is great as her chin has started to act up again, so a lovely gift will cheer her up.
