Questions for any tech savvy folk.

I appear to have done something to my computer. It boots up fine, if a little slow, but unless I log on immediately I can't get online later. So if I switch it on then log on it's fine. But if I switch it on, then use photoshop or any other programme it won't let me log on later, and I have to restart. It even does that when the screensaver comes on.

I thought the problems I'd been having with it might have been memory related, both of my hard drives were nearly completely full, but I put some of my media files on disc and the memory went up.

So I'm stuck now :(

Also, anyone have any recs for ISP's? I need broadband and can't get cable, and it has to be available in the UK, so that narrows it down *g* BT is pissing me off lately so I'm thinking about changing. I was considering AOL but I've heard some bad things about it, plus it seems to have implemented a spam ban on a load of its customers. I know it doesn't allow mail from bt and populli servers, I know that too freaking well! But anyone else use any others? Freeserve? Anything?

It's chucking it down here. The rain's belting off the floor, thankfully Corey is being picked up later so I don't have to go out in it. So I'm happy, I love the rain if I'm warm and dry inside. Plan today is to catch up on net stuff. No reading about sdb's doing porny things to one another until some of the below list is done. It'll be hard, but I can do it. I'm strong, I can stave of the craving until tonight...I think.

I was watching Pavarotti goes pop last night. It was an old show from 2000 and Savage Garden came on. Man, I miss them so much, I still like Darren's stuff, but SG was so good. Seeing Darren and Daniel belting it out onstage was just perfect. Groups should *not* be allowed to break up!

I watched some footage from Nsyncland. Finally saw all of the making of pop. I've had sections downloaded for months but could never get it all. The chase scene between Chris and Justin is so funny, in fact Chris is funny throughout it all, but Joey...oh man, his face when he's watching Wade :(

I thought I'd ordered the Atlantis concert but what I did order was the satellite interviews before hand. I've been enjoying it though, it's interesting to see them interact when they're pretty much alone. Chris' outfit makes me lol when I see it, that hat is amazing, add in the glasses and I can't take my eyes off him *g* I did notice how often they must be asked the same thing. It would drive me crazy but obviously they're used to it.

Anyway, onto the to do list ( cut for length )

I've been friendsfriends surfing and found this. Of course I had to join in. No idea what I'll do with these, but I had fun. Until my graphics programme crashed, which is probably just as well or I would have had hundreds *g*

Finished my story, it ended as a TrickC, a happy one too *g* Now I'm begging for beta's. I've contacted my last ones, but if anyone else wants to step up I'll not refuse. You don't even need to do a real beta, just give an opinion.

But it's done, which I'm pleased about. Now next on the list is The End3. Which is just as well as poor Jim and Blair have been stuck in that car for ages.

My to do list has two lines in it now, which is pretty poor, especially as they were for the easy things. Hey, no it'll have three now I've done this story. But in my defense I've read no pervy fic today, I've been writing and messing with graphics. I did a new header for my site, and uploaded that, so now Jim, Blair, Brennan and Jesse are surrounded by sbd's.

I'm actually getting hits on my popslash site, which amazes me as I haven't mentioned it anywhere. Probably people from the main site being nosy.

Now I'm going to cross something of my to do list. YAY!
