Still happy this morning, got some lovely mails and to take a concept from LKY I can start to polish my SeSa story soon. I've probably said this before but I really hate editing, however I'm going to try and change that as it's such an important thing. So yes, I'm going to polish....arghhhh this is frustrating. I'm used to talking specifics here and I can't. It's a good job that I have off LJ people to talk with.

I downloaded Oprah last night, and I bet none of you are surprised that it made me all sniffly. I'll cut because people may not have seen it yet.

I've just had a most interesting call with BT tech support. They've pushed me about this e-mail thing, and at one point I thought the problem had been solved. Until Starwatcher commented me yesterday and told me that wasn't true. All I'll say is it's a good job that I'm in a happy place just now or else I would have crawled down the phone line and throttled the tech guy. But I didn't, I was calmish. However, I did let them know they had to do something, I've almost lost friends because of this.

I guess they did something if the 2023 mails that downloaded were any indication. 2023! I'm so changing ISP's when my contract is up.

Also, LJ has started posting old comments to me that I've already seen, but compared to e-mail that's small time.

Seeing some of nopseud's fantastic eyeliner icons reminded me of a conversation I had with James where he called me twisted. Now I'm not at all bothered by that but what surprised me was why he said it. The man has no problem with me liking slash, he even downloaded gay porn for me once. However, when I told him one of my kinks was men in eyeliner he said I was twisted, and that just seems like a skewed kind of logic to me. The old butt sex is acceptable, make up isn't? Weird.

I'm just sitting waiting to close sentinel_thurs now. There's another half an hour to go, not that it makes much difference, everyone's too busy to write at the moment. So after reading a post from _jules_ I thought I'd ask my own questions. Well just things I've thought of really.

This whole thing of couples sleeping on one another. Like Blair using Jim's chest as a pillow or Justin lying over Chris. One, won't that be damn uncomfortable, and two, do people actually sleep like that? I don't. That's not to say I sleep on one edge of the bed and James the other but we certainly don't drape all over each other. I wouldn't be able to stand that. I'd be like, get off! in the middle of the night. That could just be me though, for all I know people use other people as pillows all the time.

Morning kisses. Don't they make you go ICK? I wouldn't even kiss myself when I first wake up, never mind someone else. I'm not talking about after about 5 minutes here, I mean literally waking and kissing, morning breathe, claggy eyes and all.

I have another. What's the deal with humming when you give a blow job? I'm wondering if this is just a popslash thing now, I can't remember if I've read it in other fandoms. But in some stories they might as well be singing a full song for all the humming they do. I just don't get it, and it's hard to do too. Not that I've ever tried.

Does the thought of sharing toothbrushes make other people gag? Because I've read stories where they've slept the night and the next day the visitor just shares the hosts toothbrush and I'm reading and gagging. Because that's nasty. Which okay, considering where their mouth has probably been doesn't make sense, but still...

Why aren't there more rimming stories? because I'd read them.

How come men get pillows to put under them if they're bottoming? And how come they're always so flexible. I want to read a story where person A is fucking person B and person B gets a cramp and whacks person A in the head with his foot when he's trying to get his legs to relax.

Does anyone else think holding hands, kissing and touching can be more erotic than the whole 1,2, 3 fuck thing?

But the last one has to be. Why do some people think cross-dressing is erotic? Because it's not. It's so not!

I know very little about some of the people who read my journal. Some people I know relatively well. I read your fic, or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "oh, her. she's that weirdo." (ahahahaha...kidding. I say that already.)

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well.
