From feeling blah the last few days I've gone to 'someone take this band from around my chest', which combined with the blocked nose, hot eyes and sore throat is a thrill a minute. As I feel better resting that's exactly what I'm doing, ( being online counts as resting. I'm sitting down aren't I? ) after I finish tidying up for the mortgage man who's coming in the morning. I keep telling myself that things are so much better money wise than they were last year, but it gets old when you know there's yet another meeting to get through. We also had another leak through the kitchen ceiling last night, luckily above the sink so at least I didn't have to mop up this time.

Man, I'm such a cheery soul *g*

Would anyone be give this a look over. It's the timbertrick I did for Ceci. I wasn't going to put any of the ficlets I've done on my site but I like that one. I already know I did one word wrong so it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm also considering continuing with the porny lambs at some point. It still reads really think and unfinished to me. Hey Josh, do you mind having lambs and joec instead of TrickC for your birthday story? ;)

I've about three days of comments to reply to now, as well as sentinel_thurs to update after the wonderful castalie coded. But before I go, I want to pimp a challenge ninjetti75 and forceofisis are running here. It's the Nsync crack movie challenge. So someone go write me Youngblood!Sync, you know you want to. While I'm pimping, there's still places at connotations. The UK's only multi media slash con. It's going to be at Tynemouth, which is relatively near where I live in a beautiful costal setting. You could sample such wonderful things as stottie cake with pease pudding and fish and chips with mushy peas and batter. As well as meet some cool slashers. I'll be there too, not that that's much of a draw. Come and join us!

ETA: You know I remember now why I left nearly all my lists. Because of idiots who join and announce in barely legible posts that they want to write fanfiction and that all they write is good stuff, no slasher type fiction at all. To which I say, well screw you. You wouldn't know good fanfic if it jumped up and bit you on the ass.

You know I don't care that some people don't like slash. I understand and would never feel any ill toward them for that. What floats your boat and all that.

What annoys me is when people are judgmental. That post implied slash was bad and it's not at all.

Yeah. I could rant every day on SA about there not being enough disabilityfic and how strongly I dislike Blair...but I don't, because that's bad.

Well, apparently it is. I don't like him. I can't really say why. I like Jim more (and Rafe most), and I think there's too much focus on Blair in fandom (especially h/c fic. Hurt JIM already! *eg*).
