TS people. There used to be a site that dealt with medical things, you know if you needed medical stuff in a story. Does anyone know where that is, or any site that gives easily understood emergency medical advice in a survival situation. You know, like if you're insane and write a story with sdbs who're stuck on an island all bashed up and stuff. For example, can you really splint a broken arm with a stick? I'm sure questions like that were dealt with by this TS site but I can't think of its name.

Second. Anyone up to being an American beta for me? I have an awesome Brit beta but it's been pointed out my dialogue needs work as it's a little British in sound, which doesn't surprise me as it's my weakest point. So I need someone to go through and say things like 'we don't say things like that' The story won't be finished until tomorrow at least, but if anyone wants to volunteer I'll love you for ever, or you know, a day at least ;)

Last thing. Somehow I've managed to make a square appear in the middle of my screen and it's driving me crazy. I did something with my mouse and now there's this 3d square hovering there. If I click on it it takes me back to the last page I was on, which is nifty and all but I don't want a 3D square there. It's annoying and I want it gone.

Interesting yet weird thing, that 3d square. Does anything show up in your task manager?

Excellent. I never turn down help if I can get it. Do you want to see what I have so far? About 10 pages. Or wait until it's done?

I've just checked the manager and nothing's showing up. It's so annoying. It's small, about half a centimeter square but it has a shadow and I can't help looking at it. It's on every page too, e-mail, desktop the lot, so it's not a browser thing.

You know as much as I love my computer, sometimes it drives me nuts!

The mister asks if you can right click on it with your mouse and if you get some sort of exit button then?

I tried right clicking and it did nothing, so I did a system reboot in the end. Which lost me my tabs again but the square was driving me insane.

I just hope it doesn't come back.
