Summary of the weekend. James got the illness o' death that's swept through our family, and informed me of the fact he was dying about 827572899843625 times. By the end of the weekend he was close to death, by my hands. Before that we saw Mission Impossible 3 which has to be the most far fetched film ever, but I enjoyed it a lot. And also saw 16 Blocks that made me lose the will to live. I had to take a bathroom break to fend of my impending demise by boredom and the graffiti in the toilets was more interesting than that film.

We also have a new cat. Freesia is a rescue cat. She's 4 but is tiny, so skinny and frail. The shelter suspects she wasn't fed enough because she's little more than bones. She's very friendly and loves to be petted, but is scared of Moffet and Tex right now, so is spending most of her time on top of the kitchen wall units, but she'll come round. We have time and I'm sure she'll be a loved member of our family soon.






Now, a little pimping, ninjetti75 has started a fairytail remix challenge, so go look and think about joining onceuponaremix and someone needs to stop me joining wtf27. I'm just saying.

oh, she is such a tiny little thing! Ariel spent the first week we had her huiding under a wardrobe, and not even venturing out at night for food ... Freesia will get there. Can you shut Moffett ad Tex out of the kitchen [and Freesia in] overnight for a day or two to give her a a chunk of time to have a chance to relax and find her feet?

Yeah, it's easy enough to keep them out of the kitchen, and hopefully she'll come down on her own eventually. I think she will as long as food is there.
