turpsWe went to see PS I Love You today, and because I'm the biggest sap that ever sapped I spent half the movie with tears rolling down my cheeks. Stupid films that make you cry.
It's nice going to the movies during the day. It's very much a different atmosphere to the late afternoon and evening shows. Most of the early goers are regulars with cinema cards, and there are a lot of solo watchers and older couples. Really, it's a nice quiet atmosphere that I like a lot.
We used the hire car to get there. It's so cool, a sports model with a thousand and one buttons and little hidey holes inside. James was especially overjoyed when he realised it had cruise control. The only thing wrong is it has this holder, padded arm rest thing between the front seats, which is great to keep things in, but if you have an extra wide ass, like I do, getting your hand down to the seatbelt clickie thing takes a lot of concentration and wiggling.

lesasoja about waycest earlier. While I have no problem with the cest side of things, I haven't actually read any waycest. So you know, if you happen to have any recs hanging around, hit me up. Though I have to admit, my porn button seems to have broken lately. I've even found myself skipping sex scenes, and what's up with that? I've always loved hand holding and gentle kisses, but the hot nasty stuff was great too. It needs to be fixed asap.
Talking of waycest, one of the benefits about arriving into such a big and established fandom is the fact that there are so many pictures and articles to look at. Ones the long time fans will be all too familiar with, but they delight me. So, today I was sorting out my picture folder and got stuck looking at these, because how much do I love that Mikey and Gerard love one another so much.
The hand casually thrown over Mikey's shoulder, the skinny bodies, the long suffering looks, the tight tight jeans. *happy sigh*
I just love that Mikey is so unconcerned here, playing away as Gerard is in full performance mode behind him.
Lastly, my interest in this one is shallow in the extreme, and I'll admit that it takes actual will power to force my eyes away from that strip of skin.
