The cats caught another mouse this morning. I looked along the passage and Pansy was swiping at this brown mouse and it was dragging its back legs and it was horrible. Our house is really close to the rubbish dump that serves the whole area and I suspect that's where the mice are coming from, and trying to get inside due to the cold. But I don't want them inside. After last time we put down sonic repellent things, but obviously those don't work.

It was a one night scout camp last night and both Corey and James were supposed to go, but they weren't happy with James sleeping in a chair so he came home late and went back first thing this morning. Which meant I got to wake up, get him ready and could climb back into bed. Where I slept for many more hours.

Fannishly, these last few days have been amazing! The AP article owns my heart. They're geektastic, casting their own versions of movies, ka-kaw, the secret santa, the very end with the group hug as described by Mike <333333 With a brief D: for the Bob and Mikey section. Then there was the dead mic interview in all its glorious, amazing, awesomeness, and just everything. Band of my heart. Really.

I've signed for both waves of BBB, however, I've also been told I can't maim anyone too much. Which is fine, as I have ideas that don't involve too much maiming. Little wisps of ideas just now, but they're there. Also, I signed up for random_bandom where I'm not so secretly hoping to get the chance to write Mikey/Ryan again. Because at some point them going out shopping for dog outfits has to be written.

ETA: Tracking kink memes means I get emails with such intriguing titles as 'Gerard gets gang banged' I just read the story it linked to and holy hell Rimming, felching, spit roasting, dirty talk, spanking, all kinds of good stuff all in one hot MCR gsf package.

That's actually good to know. I felt horrible about that mouse and would much rather release them up the hill.
