Yesterday Corey and James went to Scout camp for the weekend -- I'd tell you of the epic day long battle to actually find and pack their stuff but those memories are just starting to fade. Simply know it was fraught for a while and I just hope they're still talking to each other when they come home.

Which meant it was me and the animals hanging out last night. I read some, watched tv, just generally chilled out -- including having a little flail with love when Mikey posted his Mikey Way Song of the Day and dedicated You're My Inspiration to his friends. I was like, this, this is why you have so many friends. You ridiculous loving man.

Anyway, why I started this post was I also took James' eee to bed and read a while, and doing so led to really fucked up dreams. Including getting congratulated by Ryan Ross on getting 150 twitter followers and this really disturbing dream that involved sexual assault and having to leave without shoes.

Still, I got up this morning and Mikey had posted more practice cam pictures \o/





Holy hell, Mikey. It's not possible for him to look hotter.





At least we know he didn't buzz his hair *g*

It's the lesser spotted Bob. A very rare sighting, don't make any sudden moves or you'll startle him!

You know, from comments about the shelter fic a side series about trucker!Bob would go down well. With his plaid and his striped socks and just driving around being awesome.

ETA: I'm having a nice little footage watching party and have just enjoyed the Roo interview with Mikey and Ray. Next up, Mikey and Frank. I haven't heard the spider story for a while.

The pic of the elusive spotted Bob made me so happy. And my first thought when I saw the pic of Mama was, "Frank's dog makes the same kind of faces he does, how cute!" :-)

I'm being ridiculously lazy. I plan an evening of reading, watching tv and a late night. Getting those last hours in before being faced with camp clothes to wash and noise.

Man, I've been so lazy, I should be ashamed. I did get to read the new Mikey/Pete and agree with what you said, more Mikey always, but I loved it anyway. Though I never thought I'd like Brendon/Brian.

I know! What a day for him to get all prolific and shit. I was glad he posted a picture of himself- I don't have any pictures on the laptop, I'd have been reduced to googling.

Right?!?!? The Brendon/Brian worked so damn well, and it's a pairing I never would have thought to make work myself. I loved it a lot, actually. It was second to the Mikey/Pete stuff for me.

Yeah, I agree. I loved how Brian was so kind to Brendon, even before they slept together. I liked he gave him lifts and bought him a drink and didn't take advantage at all.

Personally I'd like to see a sequel to shelter fic where Tom's disappearance is explained (maybe with some Tom/Jon background as to how they ended up on the streets? And not like Tom/Jon relationship, just whatever). And then maybe he gets found by this elementry teacher (Sean), who shares his lunch or something, and then somehow with the aid of an Italian, a massage therapist, and a college student with curly hair, they heal Tom's head and heart. IDK, I don't write plots well, I usually start with a vague idea and then don't know how to develope it :) But yeah, this sequel is in my head.

Tom and Jon's situation is something I plan to address in the future. They've got loose ends that need tying up but there wasn't really space to do so in this first story, not without making it much longer anyway.

They deserve their time in the spot light, and also to get their own safety, which sure, Jon has, but not completely while his best friend is still out there.

I love when people engage in a story enough they think of what happens after :)
