Following a link I've been reading this blog about someone's experiment to be a 50's housewife for a fortnight. I'm only a few days in and know that it's good that I wasn't a housewife in the 50's, because I would have ended up punching someone in the face. Getting prettied up before you even make coffee in the morning. What is this madness?

A few days ago our kettle stopped working. After terrible moments contemplating a life without tea, coffee and hot chocolate, we bought a new one. The old one was still under warranty, and this morning it was picked up by a courier. It was wrapped in bin bags tapped down with medical tape and a cable tie. The label was stuck on with more medical tape and made out of an old scrap of cardboard. We are the classiest ever.

lumikki_fee posted pictures of Mikey from a concert here. I can't seem to stop looking at the one from the after show signing, also, reading concert reports, this picture here. Look at that profile and smile ♥

Staying on the subject of Mikey, I'm pleased to see that the threesome with Pete and Gabe has been agreed, but mostly what I've been thinking about is how he tends to take pictures of things, like the signs for My Chem dressing rooms. I like to think he takes pictures like that all the time. The first concert when they came back, hiding side stage and taking a picture of the crowd. The empty box that used to contain the dye Gerard used on his hair, and maybe the dark strands lying on the floor from when it was cut. Two baby wrist bands on Frank's open hand, So many memories captured in picture form.

I think I've mentioned that crowgirl13 provides an informal, friendly place to chat about creative stuff done in November, and yesterday she did a comment fic free for all which resulted in some great stuff. My own contribution was a scrap of Ray centric gsf but there was also so incredible other stuff. Frank centric, Mikey centric, Mikey/Pete, Ray centric as well as responses away from MCR. I do recommend you go read, because T has some insanely talented people on her flist.

And now I'm going to make tea, because we've been out and now I'm hungry.

I had about half a fic written like that for Waycest... they're not allowed to acknowledge it at all, so instead Mikey and Gerard have a photo album of seemingly random pictures, like slides and the cap of a marker, but really the slide is where they kissed for the first time and Gerard used that marker to write words of love all over Mikey, before he had to shower and wash it all away.

THE WAY THE THREE OF THEM KEEP ON CONFIRMING MY OT3 IS AMAZING. I cannot stop being gleeful about it. I will never stop being gleeful about it.

That sounds like an amazing story!

Best OT3 ever! Except when it's Mikey/Frank/Pete, which sadly does not get support in canon. Sadness!
